S. Burea of Public Roads providing f o r this Program modi f i ca t ion .

i n Coleman County, i t Is ordered by the Commission that an appros p r i a t i o n of ^10.559.12 be made to cover the cost of surfacing a 1.383 mile connection from Highways 7 and 191 jus t north of Hordes Creek Bridge to the old locat ion of Highway 206. so that the old Hordes Creek Bridge f o r Highway 206. the dangerous r a i l r oad crossing, and the four r i g h t -angle turns In the City of Coleman maybe abandoned and t r a f f i c routed over the newHord^s Creek Bridge and underpass.

This over run is due principally to an allowance to contractors for standby ex­penses on account of suspension of paving operations, which resulted from the performance of unforeseen extra work.
