WHY DO YOU NEED A FACEBOOK PAGE FOR YOUR REAL ESTATE
AGENCY OR COMPANY?
PART ONE
Having a Facebook page is a great way to engage with existing clients
and to find potential clients
It’s to tell your audience about what trends are going on in the real estate
industry and what the current market is like.
Are there any open houses? What going on in your community?
SETTING UP YOUR PAGE
PART TWO
CREATING YOUR AGENCIES PAGE
STEP ONE
In the “Home” tab on Your Facebook personal page, select “Create a Page”
on the left hand side
CHOOSING YOUR BUSINESS CATEGORY
STEP TWO
select the type of page you want to create.
If you are an agency , I personally would choose a “local business or place”.
NOTE THIS
after choosing your page type, fill in the information it asks for. Now, click “ Get
Started” button.
DESCRIBING YOUR REAL ESTATE BUSINESS
PART THREE
TELL US ABOUT YOUR AGENCY!
STEP THREE
Now, you can add what category you belong to and briefly tell what you do
and what’s your specialty.
You should also take the time to add your website. You will be adding other
details later.
ADDING YOUR PROFILE PICTURE
STEP FOUR
Pictures are worth a thousand words. And I know you’ve heard that saying
before.
Well, its true! Your customers want to see the PERSON behind the product.
Next…
YOU CAN EITHER ADD TO YOUR FAVORITES OR YOU CAN SKIP IT AND ADD LATER.
NOTE THIS
SELECTING YOUR AUDIENCE
STEP FIVE
SELECTING YOUR PREFERED AUDIENCE CONTROLS WHO YOU
WANT TO SEE YOUR POSTS
What niche are you trying to target? What type of real estate are you selling?
High-end real estate? Are you targeting first-time home buyers?
I think this would help you whenever you decide to go further with
purchasing ads.
Now, click “Save”
Your page is all set-up!
ADDING CONTENT & ENGAGING

NEVER LEAVE YOUR COVER PHOTO BLANK! WHEN SOMEONE VISITS YOUR PAGE THIS IS OFTEN WHERE THEIR EYES COME TO FIRST.
NOTE THIS
Inside your cover photo, click the “Call-To-Action” button, and add an action to
let your clients or potential clients know what to do next.
The “ Call To Action” is a great way to gather leads & emails!
Finishing Your “About” Section
STEP SEVEN
This is the skin, of your Facebook Real Estate page
Add Detail
This is an important part of creating your page. You want to fill out the set-up section so that your customers can learn about you or your product. In your “About” section, this is where you would tell your customers about your website and...you know...what your company is about.
“About” Section
Add as much detail as possible so that your audience and easily contact you
and how you can help them
ADDING CONTENT
STEP EIGHT
Adding content to your Real Estate page is what will hold it all together
Perhaps a cute cat photo or an update at the office?
The Real Estate industry is visual and that’s what you want to bring.

Examples of Content are:
