Ninguém é perfeito

No one is perfect

Although most people consider patience to be a passive waiting or gentle tolerance, most of the Greek words translated “patience” in the New Testament are active, robust words.

Hebrews 12:1: “Therefore since we also are surrounded with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily besets us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us”

God commands us to love even the “difficult” people in our lives

Será que alguém disputa uma corrida à espera, passivamente, por puxões lentos ou tolerar suavemente enganadores? Certamente não!

A palavra traduzida como "paciência" neste versículo significa "resistência".

Um cristão executa a corrida pacientemente perseverando nas dificuldades.

Does one run a race by passively waiting for slow-pokes or gently tolerating cheaters? Certainly not!

The word translated “patience” in this verse means “endurance.”

A Christian runs the race patiently by persevering through difficulties.

In the Bible, patience is persevering towards a goal, enduring trials, or expectantly waiting for a promise to be fulfilled.

Are You A Restorer Or Accuser Of Our Brethren?

• Galatians 6:1-2

“Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.”

• A palavra "fardos" em Gal. 6: 2 ensina-nos que estamos a o jugo com eles e para puxar com eles, a fim de ajudá-los a conquistar a vitória e ganhar força.

• God is telling us here that when one sins, all have sinned. It would be a wonderful day for churches when every member takes the blame for the sin of one and realizes that the sin of one is really the sin of all.

• If a Christian brother or sister is weighed down or menaced by some burden or threat, be alert to that and quickly do something to help. Don't let them be crushed. Don't let them be destroyed.

• Don't be like the scribes and Pharisees. • Jesus said, "They bind heavy burdens hard to

bear and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with their finger" (Mat.23:4).

• Don't increase burdens. Make them lighter for people. Some of you wonder what you are supposed to do with your life.

• Here is a vocation that will bring you more satisfaction than if you became a millionaire ten times over:– Develop the extraordinary skill for detecting

the burdens of others and devote yourself daily to making them lighter.
