Welcome to our 7th Annual Production Sale. We would like to thank you for your interest in our cattle. This year we are selling 32 yearling bulls. We invite you to come to the farm and look at the bulls prior to the sale.

In the spring we vaccinated the bulls with 7-way, Bovishield Gold 5, One Shot and Enforce Three. In the fall they received a booster of 7-way and One Shot. They were also poured with Dectomax.

The bulls were fed a mixed ration of chopped pea and barley hay, corn silage, ground corn and dried distiller grain.

We will have scrotal circumferences for the sale.

Noon lunch will be provided before the sale which starts at 1:00 p.m. We’ll see you on sale day!

Feeding Arrangements: We will feed bulls free of charge until April 1st, at which time we will coordinate deliveries. We are not responsible for accidents, therefore we encourage you to insure your purchases.

Trucking: There will be a $50 discount for those whohaul their purchases home on sale day.

Announcements: Announcements made from theauction block shall take precedence over printedmaterial in this catalog.

Terms & ConditionsAll bulls are guaranteed breeders. Purchaser shall letseller know within six (6) months of purchase if bull isunsatisfactory. Bulls will be returned at buyers expense. Seller has the right to semen check the bull. If the bull is found unsatisfactory, seller will replace with a bull of equal value agreed upon by both parties, or return purchase price. In no instance shall seller be responsible for more than the purchase price. For those who cannot attend the sale, we will honor a phone order and guarantee your phone purchase to meet your request when inspected personally by you. Bulls will be sold to the highest bidder. Dispute amongst bidders will be settled by the auctioneer by reopening the bidding among the parties involved. The auctioneer’s decision shall be final. As we have no control over Acts of God, we cannotguarantee these cattle against death loss or sickness.We guarantee cattle to be healthy sale day. Certificates of registry will be supplied by the seller toany buyer requesting them on sale day. Terms of the sale are cash or check at the time ofthe sale unless other arrangements are made prior tothe sale. We will abide by the rules set forth by the AmericanSimmental Association.

Semen Rights: We are selling full possession, full salvage, plus 2/3 semen revenue. This means any semen sold of the bulls, Sys Simmentals will receive 1/3 of the selling price per unit. We also reserve the right to collect up to 100 units of semen on any of the bulls for our own use. This semen will be collected at our expense and the buyer’s convenience. Please contact us if you have questions.

B17 is out of a first calf heifer that Madison bought as an open from JR Auforth at the 2012 ND State sale. She did a pretty good job with this one 105 BW ratio 105 WW ratio.

If you want to decrease frame size without sacrificing depth, width and over all body capacity this is a bull that could do it. SAV Re-source on the top and Olie on the bottom. His pedigree is stacked with female producers.

We think pretty highly of this bull and his mother. Cameron bought this cow as an open heifer from Nicholsons a few years ago. As a first calf heifer she produced the high selling bull in our 2012 sale with a SAV Final Answer calf. She is solid black, easy fleshing, average frame, and super high capacity as she is wide and deep from end to end. Its hard to find a hole anywhere in this calf, phenotypically or in his EPD’s. We should have DNA results for Black and Polled by sale time.
