Referenced WFO LHM and attachment set forth the details and a schedule of captioned conference inasmuch as WI777AM<T72RNER, a former Bureau agent, and GEORGFZO'TOOLE, formeri CA agent were scheduled speakers. \

On 12/12/73 Agent DOUGLAS LAIRD, United States Secret Washington, D. C., advised that he attended the two day conference and that TURNER acted as moderator for one of the sessions and that he took no part in the discussion and that he made no separate speeches during the conference. TURNER was introduced as a former Bureau agea and as an author. LAIRD advised that O'TOOLE spoke regvfding the use and accuracy of Psychological Stress Evaluator (PSE).

LAIRD also advised that 115-120 persons attend the conference with one t,ird of the group of College age who attempted to relate th6. assassination of JOHN 7. KENNEDY to Watergate an. ,,-ervInder of the persons Interested in
