•During Epi Week 26, (458/451) 98% of the health facilities across 5 Governorates provided surveillance data for all EWARN Syndromes this week, and 79% of reporting sites submitted the weekly reports on time. •The consultations reported this week were 212.106 (including 39% children under the age of five) compared to 215.615 consultations in the previous week. •9 AFP (Acute Flaccid Paralysis) cases were reported in Epi week 26. •EWARN labs reported 252 negative samples of Covid-19 for more info please CLICK HERE •The highest syndromes reported were respectively: OAD (22.679), ILI (16.087), and STF (603). •Al-Hasakeh governorate recorded the highest proportional morbidity for SARI (0.4%), ILI (15.3%), and OAD (27.2%). •Deir ez zor governorate recorded the highest proportional morbidity for STF (1.6%), and AJS (0.7%). •The highest proportional morbidity for Leishmaniasis was recorded in Ar-Raqqa (0.7%).

•خلال الأسبوع الوبائي 26 أرسل 98% من المراكز المبلّغة (458 من 451) تقاريرهم الأسبوعية من المحافظات الخمسة، وقد وصل 79% منها في الوقت المحدد. •بلغ إجمالي الاستشارات المبلغة في هذا الأسبوع الوبائي 212.106 (منها 39% أطفال بعمر أقل من 5 سنوات) مقارنة بـ 215.615 استشارة في الاسبوع السابق. •تم الابلاغ عن 9 حالات شلل رخو حاد خلال الأسبوع 26. •سجّلت مختبرات شبكة الانذار المبكر 252 عينة سلبية لكوفيد-19 للمزيد من المعلومات الرجاء الضغط هنا. •أعلى الامراض المسجلة كانت على الترتيب: الاسهال الحاد لأسباب أخرى (22.679)، اشتباه الانفلونزا (16.087)، اشتباه الحمى التيفية (603). •سجلت محافظة الحسكة المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لكل ٍمن: المرض التنفسي الحاد الشديد (0.4%)، اشتباه الانفلونزا (15.3%)، والاسهال الحاد لأسباب أخرى (27.2%). •سجلت محافظة دير الزور المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لاشتباه الحمى التيفية (1.6%)، والمتلازمة اليرقانية الحادة (0.7%). •سُجل المعدل الأعلى للمراضة النسبية لليشمانيا الجلدية في محافظة الرقة (0.7%).

•The number of the reported STF cases during Epi week 26 was 603 with the highest proportional morbidity in Deir ez Zor governorate (1.6%). •The number of the reported AJS cases during the same time was 433, with the highest proportional morbidity in Deir ez zor governorate (0.7%). •EWARN field team reported 22.679 OAD new cases, and 270 new cases of ABD. •Following up the acute diarrhea cases in Zagros camp reported from Afrin Hospital during week 25, no new cases were recorded after appropriate response measures were taken (awareness for the workers in the hospital about diarrheal diseases, transmission, prevention methods, and the importance of reporting the new suspected cases. Also, stop using well water as a source of drinking water. Bahar organization has cleaned and chlorinated the tanks and supplied clean drinking water to the camp residents). •Water borne diseases risk scale is being generated and followed on community level and on monthly basis in all EWARN coverage areas. •EWARN informed partners & WASH team about the districts with high WBDs levels.

•بلغ عدد حالات اشتباه الحمى التيفية 603 حالة خلال الأسبوع الوبائي 26 مع أعلى إمراضية نسبية في محافظة دير الزور (6.1%). •بلغ عدد حالات المتلازمة اليرقانية الحادة 433 خلال الأسبوع الوبائي 26 مع أعلى إمراضية نسبية في محافظة دير الزور (0.7%). •تم تسجيل 22.679 إسهال حاد لأسباب أخرى OAD هذا الأسبوع، بالإضافة إلى 270 حالة جديدة من الإسهال الدموي الحاد ABD. •فيما يتعلق بحالات الإسهال الحاد في مخيم زاغروس والمبلّغة من مشفى عفرين خلال الأسبوع 25، لم تسجل حالات جديدة بعد اتخاذ إجراءات الاستجابة المناسبة (توعية صحية للعاملين في المشفى حول أمراض الاسهال وطرق الانتقال والوقاية، وضرورة الإبلاغ عن الحالات الجديدة، إيقاف استخدام البئر كمصدر للمياه، منظمة بهار نفذّت إجراءات تعقيم وتنظيف لخزانات المياه وتزويد قاطني المخيم بمياه شرب من مصدر آخر). •يتم متابعة مشعر خطورة الأمراض المنقولة بالمياه بشكل شهري وعلى مستوى التجمع السكاني في جميع مناطق تغطية الشبكة. •تم إعلام الشركاء وفريق المياه والاصحاح عن المناطق ذات المستوى العالي من الامراض المنتقلة بالمياه.

•In Epi-week 26/2020, the total number of new suspected cases of measles was 10 new cases from Idleb (Harim 4, Idleb 2), Aleppo (A'zaz 1, Jarablus 1, Jebel Saman 1), and Ar-Raqqa (Ath-Thawrah 1). •4 suspected measles case have been investigated during Epi week 26 (Harim 2, Idleb 1, Jarablus 1). •The coordination with SIG is ongoing to vaccinate children either IDPs and host communities through EPI centers and mobile teams in Idleb and Aleppo. •It is recommended to isolate the cases, personal hygienic, supply vitamin A and educate parents about the importance of the vaccine. •The total number of suspected meningitis cases during Epi week 26 was 45 in NW (in Aleppo 12 and in Idleb 33). 2 alerts of meningitis in Idleb governorate were received: o First alert from Taftanaz,11 suspected meningitis cases were reported in Al-Nur hospital. DLO verified the alert and classified it as false (only one case matched case definition). o Second alert is in Dana, 6 suspected meningitis cases were reported in Sham hospital. DLO verified the alert and classified it as false as well (the cases are sporadic). All residual cases have matched to viral meningitis. o Neither clinical nor laboratory evidence for Neisseria meningitis is existing. •The number of the reported suspected Pertussis cases was 107, the highest number reported from Al-Mayadin district (38 cases). There are no complicated cases. •The number of reported suspected Mumps cases was 33, the highest number reported from Harim and Idleb districts (7 cases in each). The reported cases are line listing and lab investigation is ongoing. No complications were reported due to Mumps. In general, most of the reported suspected cases are > 5 years. •The field team was notified of a tetanus case for 9-years old girl. She was living in Jarablus camp where got injured her foot with a contaminated spike. She has been transferred to Ar-Ra'ee hospital at PICU to receive the best management with specific IG. Unfortunately, she had zero doses of all types of vaccines. •Neither Neonatal tetanus cases were notified, nor diphtheria cases.

•في الأسبوع الوبائي 26/2020, سجلت 10 حالات جديدة لاشتباه الحصبة من محافظة ادلب (حارم 4، ادلب 2)، حلب (اعزاز 1، الباب 1، جبل سمعان 1)، والرقة (الثورة 1). •تم تقص 4 حالات اشتباه حصبة خلال هذا الأسبوع (حارم 2، ادلب 1، جرابلس 1). •يتم الاستمرار بالعمل والتنسيق مع فريق لقاح سوريا بشكل مستمر من أجل تلقيح الأطفال في المخيمات والمناطق في ادلب وريفها وريف حلب سواء عبر مراكز اللقاح الروتيني أو فرق التلقيح الجوّالة. •تمت التوصية بعزل الحالات، النظافة الشخصية، إعطاء فيتامين أ والشرح للأهالي حول أهمية اللقاح. •بلغ عدد حالات اشتباه التهاب السحايا في محافظتي حلب وادلب 45 خلال هذا الأسبوع (حلب 12 وإدلب 33). •تلقى الفريق الميداني إنذارين من محافظة ادلب خلال هذا الأسبوع: •الأول من مشفى النور للأطفال والنسائية من منطقة تفتناز، وتم استبعاد كل الحالات ما عدا حالة واحدة تتماشى مع تعريف حالة التهاب السحايا. الإنذار الثاني من مشفى النور في ناحية الدانا حيث يوجد 6 حالات مشتبهة تم استقصاؤها واستبعادها، وهي حالات متناثرة ولا تتطابق مع تعريف الحالة، وكانت تتماشى مع التهاب سحايا فيروسي أيضاً. •لا يوجد دليل سريري أو مخبري لحالات التهاب سحايا بالنيسيريا السحائية. •بلغ عدد حالات السعال الديكي المسجلة هذا الأسبوع 107 حالات، سجل العدد الأعلى للحالات في منطقة الميادين (38 حالة)، لم يتم تسجيل اختلاطات. •بلغ عدد حالات النكاف المشتبهة المبلغة هذا الأسبوع 33، سجل العدد الأعلى للحالات في منطقتي ادلب وحارم (7 حالات في كل منطقة). الحالات المسجلة يتم إدراجها في قائمة خطية مع إجراء التقصّي المخبري. لم تسجل أي اختلاطات بسبب النكاف. عموماً معظم الحالات المسجّلة في الفئة العمرية الأكبر من خمس سنوات. •سجّلت حالة كزاز لدى طفلة نازحة عمرها 9 سنوات في مخيم جرابلس، وقد تم قبولها في وحدة العناية المركزة في مشفى الراعي وما تزال قيد العلاج. كما تم تطبيق الغلوبيولين المناعي النوعي. الجدير بالذكر أن الطفلة غير ملقحة البتّة. •لا يوجد أي إبلاغ عن حالات كزاز الوليد أو الدفتريا خلال هذا الأسبوع.
