    Vacation Bible School: Thanks to everyone who helped with Bible School this year! We doappreciate all the hard work and thanks to all the kids and adults who participated. Look for more aboutVBS in the August Newsletter.

    Vacation Bible School Mission Project: Need your help collecting these items through July 31.Our project this year is to help Bethlehem Center with books and craft items suitable for grades 3through high school. Place items in the barrel near the church office. Collection will be taken toBethlehem Center at the end of the month. Thanks for your help with our VBS mission project!

    UMWand Mountain Toppers are co-sponsoring a trip that will include visiting a site that featuresbuilding with recycled items, in line with one of UMWs focus points for this year of Going Green. Allmembers of UMW and Mountain Toppers are invited. So are all members of the congregation andfriends. Transportation will be provided. We will be leaving from the church at9:30 AMon Tuesday,July 27. After the site, we will stop for lunch before returning to the church.Mark your calendars for this interesting trip for fun and fellowship.Contact Lettie Witt (UMW) or John Hrisak (Mountain Toppers) to get your name on the list.
