Spa EtiquetteSpa Aquae welcomes guests 18 years of age and older. To preserve the ambi-ance of peace and tranquility, Spa Aquae is a cellphone-free environment. Kindly turn off all cell phones and electronic devices prior to entering the spa.

Spa Amenities We have a luxurious spa facility that may be enjoyed on the day of your treatment. We encourage our guests to take advantage of our amenities including the eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, hot and cold plunges, relaxation pool, and co-ed hydrotherapy pool to enhance your spa journey before and after receiving treatments.

Treatment Attire It is customary to completely disrobe for your spa services; however, you may undress to your level of comfort. You will be professionally draped throughout your spa treatment.

Spa ArrivalBecause the spa treatment begins at the appointment time, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals however, as a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the scheduled time regardless of when your service begins. Late arrivals will also be responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service time.

Cancellation The spa services you have reserved are held just for you. In order to ensure that we provide the best service possible, cancellations or modifications must be received at least four hours prior to the appointment time or you are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the menu service price. If you have any questions, please call us at (702) 869-7807 to speak directly with a spa receptionist.

Service Charge For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to all Spa and Salon treatments.

We Love Our Locals We provide a 30% local discount Monday – Thursday and a 20% local discount Friday – Sunday. Discounts are excluded on all 25-minute services, enhance-ments, waxing, specials & packages.
