•Our Brother Legion seeks to equip, educate, and empower faith communities about issues of belonging for people who live with mental illness, trauma, and addictions.

•7001 honors consumer participation. What is a consumer? A person who has “lived experience” meaning a mental illness, trauma, addiction, debilitation, or disability.

Artists & Musicians wanted!

•7001 needs consumers who are willing to share their experience. This website is open to participation by submitting pieces of art, music, photography, poetry, prose, Spoken Word, and letter writing.

You do not have to belong to a particular faith to share your talents

with 7001.Good will is welcome here.

Operated by a Board

•7001 relies on a Board of Directors. Chronically normal and people who know mental illness, trauma, or addiction are welcome to serve. We meet on the third Thursday of every month, alternating between Board and committees.

•7001 is a newborn organization. People with grant writing experience or who want to hold a fundraiser for us are needed. Faith communities, music communities, residential living, museums, and galleries are ideal. Individuals who will host a house party for twenty people or more are especially encouraged to consider the idea. It’s a good time to teach.
