O To increase fitness, a person must perform more work than s/he is generally accustomed to doing.

Muscular StrengthO The amount of weight that you can

lift

O Muscle soreness is normal when lifting.

improves due to buring fat and increasing muscle mass.

O To improve fitness you should exercise within your target heart rate zone.
