Wow Linda you just kicked me in the head. I totally forgotabout the root canal. I remember him saying the dentist wasgoing to be doing things Art didn't even want to think about. Ifit were we I would take the month off. I hate going to thedentist.

I have one more work day this week. Then freedom for twodays. I want to make some ice cream. I'm open for suggestionsas to the flavor. I found a recipe for avocado ice cream andgazpacho...yuck. Any tasty sounding ice cream would be mostwelcome....

This is not real ice cream, but.....if you grind up your favoritefruit with some sugar, if store bought, & freeze it...You can addsome flavored yogurt or non-fat condensed milk to it for morecream. Very refreshing!
