PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVESThe 66th Annual Spring Symposium was developed to address pertinent issues for primary care physicians, specialists/sub-specialists. At the conclusion of the symposium the participants will be able to:• Examine the clinical issues faced daily in office practice and provide updates relevant to primary care.• Assess the value of new medical information for use in practice.• Measure alternative strategies for patient interaction and shared decision-making based on individual values and priorities.• Plan specific changes based on the information that could immediately be incorporated into your practice.

ACCREDITATION/CREDITS:Carilion Clinic’s CME Program is accredited by the Medical Society of Virginia to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Carilion Clinic’s CME Program designates this live activity for a maximum of 14.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.Physician should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
