1.0 INTRODUCTION

Verger Delporte UAE Ltd. is a private company incorporated with limited liability by AMIRIDECREE No. 28/77 issued on February 16, 1977 by the Ruler of Sharjah. Our head office islocated in the Industrial Area of Sharjah and with our efforts to ensure prompt service indealing thoroughly with customer needs, the company has opened branches in Dubai, AbuDhabi and Qatar. VD premises comprising of offices, factories, stores and showroom coveran area in excess of 13,000 square meters for UAE and 3500 square meters for Qatar.

The company holds a very good reputation in the U.A.E. business field for its excellentperformance and highly qualified technical team. We have been providing excellence allover the Gulf, particularly in the United Arab Emirates, in the fields of Electro-MechanicalContracting, Switchgear Manufacturing, Electrical Trading, Information Technology and LowVoltage Systems.

4.0 SCOPE OF ACTIVITIES

4.1 CONTRACTING

Verger Delporte UAE Ltd.'s Electrical and Mechanical Contracting division undertakescontracts on the full electro-mechanical spectrum. This includes Air-conditioning, Electrical,Plumbing, Fire alarm, Fire fighting and Low Voltage Systems (Central Public Address /Music, Central Satellite TV Systems, Uninterruptible Power supply System etc.). Wellestablished over the years, the division has proven its ability in the MEP segment for thequality and standard of work delivered.

4.2 SWITCHGEAR

Under the franchising agreement with Schneider Electric, Verger Delporte UAE Ltd.Switchgear Manufacturing Division provides high quality low voltage switchgearassemblies, motor control centers and related services. The company offerscomprehensive services related to the design and implementation of power andcontrol systems ranging from residential and commercial installation to large industrialprocess plants.

Switchgear Division also takes on broad services related to UPS. The activities includedesign, installation, testing and commissioning of uninterruptable power supplies.

The new systems has robust solutions for low-end UPS systems to critical Data Centerdeployment. The world class solution offered for all types of business verticals allows toposition efficient and right-sized installations. The entire range of products needed towardsinstallation of Network Critical Physical Infrastructure (NCPI) is available under this newsystem’s umbrella of products and services.

Moreover, the company also offers a wide range of UPS systems starting from the entry-level of (1000 VA) single phase to three phase based UPS systems including DC UPS. OurUPS installation team has been trained hands-on by the principals and has plenty ofexperience to handle all kinds of UPS installations.

4.3 TRADING

Being the official distributor for Schneider Electric for years, Verger Delporte UAE Ltd.built its initial strength on its Trading Division being totally committed to selling Low VoltageElectric Products from Schneider Electric. Over the years we have grown in leaps andbounds and have consolidated our strengths by having showrooms at strategic locations inDubai, Abu Dhabi and also in Qatar.

4.4 INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY

The Information Technology Division of Verger Delporte takes on a broad range of servicesrelated to IT: Activities include, design, installation, testing and commissioning of structuralcabling systems, data center solutions, uninterruptible power supplies and trading of ITproducts. The components detailed above, form the crucial back-bone of any ITinfrastructure, in today’s business operations.

Being partners with Infosec UPS Systems (France) we offer Infosec’s wide range of UPSsystems starting from the entry-level (500VA capacity) Line Interactive UPS technology tothe Industrial grade (300kVA) On-line double conversion UPS technology. The UPSinstallation team are very well trained and has plenty of experience to handle all kinds ofinstallations.

VD has been in partnership and has worked extensively with Reichle and De-MassariAG (RandM) Switzerland. We have carried out plenty of critical infrastructure installationsthrough RandM’s complete product range from Copper and Fiber Optic cabling solutions.The top-quality, high-performance products, coupled with Verger’s trained/certified group ofinstallers, allows for optimum deployment of IT cabling infrastructure.

4.5 LOW VOLTAGE

Low Voltage Division provides Building Management System with Partnership agreementfrom Honeywell for various Domestic, Residential and Commercial Buildings in and aroundUAE. Our works will also include supply of Air valves, BTU Meters and various other StandAlone Controls. We are specialized in providing Automation Controls in various GovernmentSubstations, Hospitals inclusive of HVAC Controls related works.
