A VOLUNTARY LOT MERGER APPLICATION FOR THESE PARCELS HAS BEEN SUBMITTED ALONG WITH THIS APPLICATION.

THE CURRENT PARCEL INCLUDES AN 8 UNIT TWO STORY SUPPORTIVE HOUSING BUILDING PROPOSED TO REMAIN WITH NO PROPOSED INTERIOR OR EXTERIOR CHANGES. THIS BUILDING PROVIDES VERY LOW AND LOW HOUSING (SECTION 8 BLOCK GRANT) SINCE 1994 AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO.AS SUCH, IT MEETS THE STATE STANDARDS AS SUPPORTIVE HOUSING.TWO ONE STORY BUNGALOWS ARE PROPOSED TO BE DEMOLISHED. THESE HAVE FUNCTIONED AS THE SANCTUARY CO-OCCURING DISORDERS CENTER AND CLINIC, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSES FOR OVER FIVE YEARS.

THE PROJECT UTILIZES:THE HOUSING ACCOUNTABILITY ACT (GOV CODE SECT 65589.5)STATE BONUS DENSITY ACT (GOV CODE SECT 65915)AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING ACT.
