THE PROJECT UTILIZES:THE HOUSING ACCOUNTABILITY ACT (GOV CODE SECT 65589.5)STATE BONUS DENSITY ACT (GOV CODE SECT 65915)AND SUPPORTIVE HOUSING ACT.
