Initiative was introduced in the middle of year when people’s habits are well-formed

Benefits not clearly explained to students

Initiative sponsored from Sodexo and down to students

So we need to CHANGE THE MINDSET by:Introduce initiative to Freshman at SO/NRB in order to change the mindset of incoming students before given the chance to form habits

A new initiative must be student driven, on a voluntary basis- grassroots

Benefits must be clearly demonstrated to students expected to participate

Technical fix to conveyor belt
