OBJECTIVES OF SCHOOL MANAGEMENT To maintain healthy conditions Arranging good doctors Providing good facilities of drinking,
sanitation etc Giving perfect knowledge to parents
and children about communicable and general diseases along with preventive measures
Preparing a good health programme for the school
SCHOOL MANAGEMENT & GOOD ENVIRONMENT
To provide a good environment at school, the management should take care of
school hours methods of teaching sanitation and drinking facilities games and sports etc
SCHOOL HOURS Minimum working hours for the P.P students Effective teaching within the school hours Recruitment of qualified, trained teachers Providing pleasant atmosphere Easy curriculum Providing play-way material to make
learning happy
METHODS OF TEACHING
Methods of teaching should not be old and boring
Modern interactive methods should be adopted
Students should feel more interested and happy to learn new things
SANITATION, VENTILATION AND DRINKING FACILITIES
School premises should be kept neat and clean by regular sweeping and cleaning
Proper toilets, drainage facility Drinking water away from the toilets Pure and clean drinking water should be
provided Classrooms should have a good ventilation
system to keep them airy and fresh Keep the classrooms clean to avoid spread of
contagious diseases
GAMES AND SPORTS Big playgrounds and sufficient material
should be provided to encourage the children to play various games and sports
Good exercise equipment should be used to draw the interest of the students
To maintain a good and healthy physique Sportsman spirit
