Our call to be disciples of Jesus Christ is the ongoing path of conversion. My work, as your pastor, and the work of the parish staff and community is to help others discover the deep love that God offers to each one of us and in return how we are called, as disciples, to share our time, talent and treasure with God and our neighbor.

This week we will each receive a gift from the parish. In preparation for Lent, (Ash Wednesday is on February 10) we are offering you a copy of Matthew Kelly’s book Rediscovering Jesus. It is the perfect book for Lent because it is a forty-day mediation on our relationship with Jesus.

As we journey through the Lenten season we are invited to renew our relationship with Jesus and his holy Church. As we journey as a parish with Rediscovering Jesus each day we will have a small chapter to read as we reflect upon as individuals and as a community.
