WHO REALLY ARE STAKEHOLDERS
• All the parties involved in a project can be classified as stakeholders.
• Promoting and providing support for the implementation.
• Promoting BIM as an emerging technology to assist in conceiving, designing, constructing and operating the buildings

WHO REALLY ARE STAKEHOLDER
• BIM users: Architects, Engineers, Constructors and Building product suppliers.
• NON BIM users: Are all those stakeholders that have decision power or influence on the BIM project. Those are CEO’s, Board Members, Investors, Private & Governments etc..

IMPORTANCE OF CLIENT INTERESTS AND INVOLVEMENTS
• No such idea can be fruitful unless it has Investor's.
• The benefits will ultimately be in using the model to manage complete facilities.
• A client, who can be a patron, developer, owner, occupier, user, FM manager, or funder/investor, has a critical role to play in the transformation of industry

BIM - An Adoption Curve
• Traditional practice to use drawing boards and parallel bars.
• Improvement in construction technology demands a new approach.
• The people involved in industry required a tool that could help them to manage large projects.
• Also computer technology was getting matured, with the introduction of AUTOCAD.
• Discussion about BIM has proliferated, and awareness of it is now nearly universal. Many more people are using BIM than were in 2010.

BIM - An Adoption Curve
A NEW ROLE WITH NEW RESPONSIBILITY…
• Defining the right BIM processes.• Taking care of the BIM related personnel.• Responsible for choosing the right IT environment.• Checking the contract conditions to fit in the BIM approach.• Leading the training and education required for personnel.• Managing process, people technology and policy.

Training For Client:
• To review and manage further developments into the Revit BIM Models by the ASPIRE
• BIM training was provided for easement of review to the client.
• The BIM training includes the following subjects:
• Revit Interface• Project Browser and Properties• Navigation• Working with several models and linked files.• Project and Shared parameters.• Schedule from model and linked files.• Family type hosted system and in place.• Interference check with other discipline.• IFC exports
• The training sessions became part of BIM Execution plan task list.

BIM Training For Operative Team:
• Our experts provided necessary training (Basic and Advanced) to the client coordination team related to model operations and review through softwares
• As a result, the entire team could access models on the cloud .
• Everyone including client team could open, run and monitor over task progress and review the submitted repository for comments and approval.
CLIENT PARTICIPATION POSITIVES
• Client actively participated in whole BIM process, expressed their desires
• As an outcome of clients Involvement and clear decisions we managed to finish the project BIM job in set time limits.
• Since client was then aware of the flexible outputs of BIM, the task density increased in a challenging way.
• With mutual discussions we figured out the ultimate requirements like Sightlines analysis, area/room/space wise BOQ verification and complex Clash resolutions.

BENEFITS FOR THE CLIENT – SIGHTLINE STUDY.
For the entire stadium seat-wise sightline analysis was done which perfectly elaborated the visual quality and seat kills out of entire seat count.

Clash Detection & Resolution
• The BIM STRATEGY also Included Interactive workshop sessions with the Design team/Client to discuss and extract solutions for the major Clashes among different desciplines.
• 7 weeks Interactive workshop for Main Stadium and Retail Building that resolved around 80% of complicated and packed zones of the Building.
