6.4.2 Sequence of Room Integrity Test Shall be as follow;
1. After Visual Inspection of the complete room for any air leakages close all A/C duct
Dampers, drop curtains present in the protected room.
2. Check the dimensions of the protected room and calculate the volume of the protectedroom in cubic feet.
3. Note the amount of Argonite agent using for protecting this room in Lbs.
4. Fix the door fan frame to any one of the door in protected room and keep all the otherdoors close and Seal the complete leakage around the door fan frame.
5. Power up the testing equipment and Select the agent using to protect the room as Argonite.
6. As following the equipment instruction give input the values of total volume of protectedhazard, Height of the protected room & amount of Argonite agent using to protect thisroom.
7. Give input the protected height required for this room (as per standards protectedheights should be higher than maximum height of the protected equipment).
8. Fix the fan to the door fan frame for depressurizing and connect power cable to the fan.
9. Connect the tube to door fan frame to measure the pressure difference between insideand outside the room.
10. Also connect the tube to the fan for measuring the flow pressure in fan during testingand Switch on the fan to achieve differential pressure in the range as mentioned bysoftware.
11. Achieve this differential pressure by keeping the minimum possible range (by keepingminimum no: of openings in the fan) and by adjusting the fan speed.

12. Note the differential room pressure and flow pressure required to obtain this differentialroom pressure from the pressure gauges when these readings become steady.
13. As per the equipment instruction give input the values of this differential room pressureand corresponding flow pressure and the range.
14. Change the fan direction in frame for pressurization and also change selection switch to'pressurizing' position.
15. Switch on the fan to achieve differential pressure in the range as mentioned in theequipment.
16. Achieve this differential pressure by keeping the minimum possible range (by keepingminimum no: of openings in the fan) and by adjusting the fan speed.
17. Note the differential room pressure and flow pressure required to obtain this differentialroom pressure from the pressure gauges when these readings become steady.
18. As per the equipment instruction give input the values of this differential room pressureand corresponding flow pressure and the range.
19. Check the retention time for the specified protected height and concentration (As pernormal practice this retention time should be greater than 10 minutes).
20. Note the value of Equivalent Leakage Area (ELA) and check whether this leakage areais less than the Maximum allowable leakage area for the specified protected height.
21. Note the height up to which Argonite agent will retain for 10 minutes after agentdischarge.
22. Check whether this height is more than the protected height required for the hazard andCheck whether the results are within acceptable limit or not.
