City Lights Overview:Scheduled for construction completion Q1 2019 is “City Lights,” a 71-unit luxury condominium project located in Nashville’s “SoBro” district. In Q2 2018 Eakin Partners broker ground on Peabody Plaza, a $175M venture to include 280,000 SF of offices and 12,000 SF of retail. Eakin is also partnering with Ray Hensler, who will develop a 26-story, 225-unit residential structure at the same site.
