Rio Chak Sardar Desa Singh, District Kathua, as Follower in the Pay Scale of Rs. 4440-7440 with the Grade Pay of Rs. 1300/- in the J&K Police Department, in terms of SRO-43 of 1994 read with SRO-255 of 2016 dated 05-08-2016. The appointee shall report to the Director General of Police, J&K within a period of 21 days from the date of issuance of this order and shall be allowed to join only after production of the following documents/ certificates in original:- 1. Academic Qualification certificate. 2. Age and Health Certificate. 3. State SUbject Certificate. 4. Certificate from the General Managers, DIC concerned and Deputy Director, Employment concerned to the effect that no Loan under Self Employment Schemes has been taken by him. - If, on verification, the certificates produced by the appointee are proved fake or forged, the appointment shall be treated to have been cancelled ab-initio. ~ -1-

The salary of the appointee shall not be drawn and disbursed to"him unless satisfactory report about the verification of his Character andAntecedents is received from the Additional Director 'General of Police,CID, J&K to whom a reference shall be ll1.ade~by the PHQ. He shallfurnish an affidavit to the effect that in case any adverse report about hisCharacter and Antecedents is received from the Additional DirectorGeneral, CID, J&K, he shall have no right to claim the appointment andhis appointment as Follower in the J&K Police shall be deemed to havebeen cancelled ab- initio.
