Occupation: Retired from Teaching/Coaching 2015

Family: Married to Yolanda for 44 years, 2 sons, daughter in law, 2 grand boys

Interests: Taking care of and enjoying grand boys and family (Kassy, my dog), Baseball

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Enjoyed my 43 years (26 at Travis, 17 at Bowie) in teaching Health and coaching Baseball. So fortunate because of really good kids at both schools to have experienced so much success, by going to the playoffs 19 times at Travis and 16 times at Bowie. Blessed to have all of my family here in Austin and enjoying retirement so much, thanks to our two beautiful grandsons, Anson and Kellan. Also have a Golden Retriever, Kassy, who has stolen our hearts. Still giving baseball lessons and have a new hobby, being an artist. We thank The Lord everyday for this wonderful life that He has blessed upon us

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Geez...just happy to wake up everyday. Most of you know I'm a cancer survivor and it makes you appreciate the little things and every day you are given. I have been so lucky to have married a funny guy, Jon Herron, who loves me and keeps me laughing and up on the news. Looking forward to seeing everyone. Wow, where did 50 years go. Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: After high school, I went to work at IBM. I worked there from 1967- 1984. I met my husband at IBM. We were married in 1972. We move to South Africa on a foreign assignment with IBM in Early 1984 and stayed for 2 years. We moved back to Austin in 1986 and then IBM moved us to Clear Lake, TX for 2.5 years. In 1989 on another move with IBM we found ourselves in Keller TX for 5 years. We moved back to Austin in 1994. Our time in South Africa even though it was over 30 years ago is still remember fondly, but when we came back to the US, we were so happy to be back on American soil.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Married to my sweet Tony for 17 years. We have 5 daughters in our blended family (his 2 and my 3). We've been blessed with 7 grandchildren, the oldest graduating this year (50 years after me), ages 3 - 18, 4 girls and 3 boys. We have lived on acreage near Burnet, Texas for 9 years; never knew how much I'd enjoy rural living, but it's great. We like to travel whenever possible.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Medical (10 years) Consultant to state criminology labs; Administration for teaching hospitals in Mississippi and New Mexico; Laboratory management. Department of Defense (26 years): Assignment to Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical & Biological Defense and U.S. Special Operations Command; Operations Group Chief for Special Programs in DoD. Blessed to see my children grow into amazing adults.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: First father and son talk with my father as a child. Death of my grandfather at age 3. Starting the first grade, wearing hand sewn clothes made by my mother and several other events during elementary, Jr, and High school. First 8 pt. buck I killed at about age 14 on a father and son dear lease with G.U.M.C. members in San Marcos Tx. . My awareness of the seriousness of the Vietnam War in '66 or '67, taking drugs for the first time in '67 and eventually "dropping out". Being arrested and convicted for possession of marijuana in '71, thereby learning the hard way to leave the stuff alone.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Attended Trinity Univ. in San Antonio on a baseball scholarship. Afterward played professional baseball in the Texas Rangers org. for 8 years in the 70'S. Went to work for Motorola Semiconductors in Austin and retired after 24 yrs. Worked in production, employee relations, and recruitment. Had a ranch outside Austin (McDade) for 15 yrs. where I raised Longhorn Cattle. Met Stephanie in San Antonio and currently live there. To stay active and raise a little money for travel and toys, we buy and sell foreclosed homes.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Moved to Pgh in 1976, worked for a research company headquartered in Dallas. After several years in Pgh started my own qualitative research consultancy - did that about 8 years and then in 1986 started Campos Market Research a full service research company. Grew the company for about 30 years .......sold it in 2013. Continue to work as a senior consultant - doing the fun things and not the day to day operations! I love this time in my life. During all this I married, had two daughters and divorced. My daughters are grown and building their own lives - very proud of them. Life is good!

Spent 42 years in education as a teacher, coach and athletic director (AISD). Retired in 2014. Married Brenda Tegarden in 1969. Brenda is a retired teacher. Our oldest son, Garrett and wife Jamie have 2 lovely daughters (Katy, Claire). Our younger son, Travis and wife Vicky have 3 beautiful daughters (Madison, Rylan, Shelby).

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: While researching my family tree, I discovered that I am the 3X Great Granddaughter of the oldest Alamo defender, Gordon Jennings. I have more distant cousins than I could have EVER imagined!

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Lived in seven different places in last 50 yrs; four in USA (MN, GA, Okla, SA, TX) overseas (Tainan, Taiwan; Uganda, E Africa). Rearing four sons during some of those earlier moves. Now blessed with 7 grandchildren. Youngest son, 34, is now serving the Lord in Central Asia for 3+yrs. I worked with orphans and widows 6.5yrs in Uganda. God is so mercifull! Been in Manor, TX since 2008 when I came to be my sister's PCG for 3 yrs before she died. Still here helping my paraphlegic BIL. Life can be one continuous adventure when we let the Lord guide our steps. Fifty years later; Blessed, indeed!

Family: My husband, Jerry, died in 2015 from Lewy Body Disease . We had 47 wonderful years together traveling, hunting, fishing and raising our two children. Interests: I still travel for fun and business...whether it be a short trip or a trip across "The Pond"

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: My farming partner and I farm approximately 2700 acres mostly in San Patricio County. I also run several small businesses that I have not yet sold. Following Jerry's death, I bought a second home on the Dry Frio and have spent many relaxing times there with family and friends. I'm getting pretty good on my tractor dragging a rotary cutter, using a lift and a land plane.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Married Don Valk in Lake Tahoe and have lived in South Austin all of my life. This is my 40th year at my position. I helped start the educational organization. This educational association lobbys for small school districts. My husband is retired and we travel as much as we can when I can get away. We have a good time listening to music with friends. All grandchildren are in elementary and high school. One has a driver's license - this year! We spend Christmas in New Orleans every year - for about 30 years. We love the Longhorns, Cowboys and the Saints.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Graduated from SWTSU in 1971, got married to a great guy in 1972, was a middle & high school teacher for 42 years with AISD, teaching at Crockett, Johnston, Bedichek MS and 25 years at Bowie HS. I have lived in Manchaca for 43 years. My new occupation is being a full time grandmother caring for 3 of my 10 grandchildren... my life has been good, thanks to God.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Left Austin in 1970 and moved to Weatherford, TX with my job...got involved with Sonic in 1973 and opened my first owned one in Grants, NM in 1976...have owned 3 off them and have sold all interest in them. have worked for myself since 1973 and retired after finishing my last five years before I retired with NISD Nutrition Dept. in management and Supervision in San Antonio.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: After business school, and working for the State of Texas and City of Austin, I opened my own business, The Honey Tree Needleworks. I was able to travel to 5 or 6 wholesale markets and conferences each year. My favorite cities were Anaheim and San Diego, CA - Chicago, IL - Phoenix, AZ - and Las Vegas, NV. I decided to go back to work so I could finish the years needed to collect my retirement benefits. I worked for Travis County Adult Probation as the Assistant to the Human Resource Mgr. for 11 years. I retired in 2008 and now devote my time to my family.

I then worked 9yrs TX Dept. Of Agri. /wts and measure, til 1979. I then worked at Glen Rose til 1993. I went back to school @Tarleton State U. while working at Glen Rose and earned a B.A.A.S. degree.Moved to Bryan Tx when I hired on Tx.Dot.Had Travel trailer and looked forward to traveling to diff. places but I was diag. with many of the diff. symptons of agent orange but no Agreements fromVA. Had to sell the travel trailer as I could not oper.

Citizen of the Year (2015) for Local Service Organization. Member of Community organization organizing a local Fair (25 yrs) for 10-12000 visitors in 2 days. Writer/Contributor to National Awarded local newsletter. Hay production for local horse farms and a Honey Bee keeper. Travel worldwide to see kids, grandkids & new adventures.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Grew up on a ranch over by Oak Hill. Lived there for 42 years. Married Mark Klaus also from Travis in 1969. Left Austin December of 1992 and moved to Burton Texas. We bought a ranch and raise Beefmaster cattle. Daughters showed cattle and made lots of friends throughout Texas and various other states. Worked for the District Clerk in Washington county, worked at a fabric store which I totally enjoyed and a few other various jobs. Now as time has passed enjoy our church friends and folks in the area. Life is quite and peaceful here in our small community.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: retired US Navy Reserve TMCM (Master Chief Torpedomans Mate)- 1967- 1995 retired teacher and school administrator Austin ISD- 1973- 2010. Taught 7th & 8th grade math at Burnet Jr. High, Martin Jr. High, Fulmore Middle School, and Mendez Middle School. Assistant Principal at Johnston High School, Pearce Middle School, and William B. Travis High School. Last 18 years in AISD was at Travis.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: We have made our home in the Houston area for over forty years with relocations in Villahermosa, Mexico and Calgary, Alberta Canada for almost four years. This was possible as a result of the company I have had the priviledge to work over 35 years for, Bechtel Corporation. I would consider the opportunities we have enjoyed via travel to Hawaii, Mexico, South America and Canada to be some of our more memorable experiences.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Married at 20 to Frank Solis. Six months later, I became an instant mom when we gained custody of his 3-yr old daughter, Selena. We decided soon after to grow our family. Within 3 years we had a son, Chris, & daughter, Franchesca. Our marriage ended in 1980. During the next 16 years, I raised children, worked, & received a BA in Journalism from St Eds. Writing is my passion (2 published short stories & a so-far unpublished mystery novel). Married Randy in '96. We'll celebrate our 20th Oct '16. We have 5 precious grandchildren. I'm a broker/owner of Lanier Realty, LLC. Great life so far!

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: University of Texas (BA), Johns Hopkins (MS). Worked for NSA three years then Bell Telephone Laboratories and derivative companies for 30 years. 21 years in New Jersey, 21 years in Atlanta.Linda and I have enjoyed golf around the world (Ireland, Scotland, New Zealand, Australia) and currently visit Ireland 1-2 times each year as part of coaching partner churches on discipleship. We are blessed to have our daughter/son-in-law nearby and spend lots of time with our grandchildren, ages 4, 7, 9. We will be unable to attend the reunion as we will be in Ireland! It would have been great to see all!

Family: Bill and I have been married almost 48 years. We have a daughter and son.

Interests: Enjoy reading, crochet, electronic devices, crafts, gardening, hiking, exercise.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: We left TX in 1992 moving to spend 2 years in Wichita,KS with Bill's job transfer. We moved on to Knoxville, TN for 2 years and now 20 years in Springfield, MO. We have greatly enjoyed the experience of 4 seasons which TX really does not have. We have traveled to Italy, Turkey, Nicaragua, Nepal. We have 2 grandchildren, girls of 15 and 10 years of age who live in Houston, TX. Both our kids live in Houston and Bill's family are still in Austin. I love retirement!

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Registered Professional Land Surveyor since 1977, worked for James Construction since 1986, rode the Tail of The Dragon on my 65th birthday, also rode the Florida Keys and Blue Ridge Parkway, south rim & north rim of the Grand Canyon, God has so blessed me in these 67 years and I pray he has blessed all of my Rebel classmates

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Prior to moving to Austin in high school, I lived in Ft. Worth Texas, Puerto Rico, California and North Dakota. After high school, I went to college in San Marcos Texas. Since getting married in 1970, we have lived in Augusta Georgia, San Antonio, , Lubbock, , Ellington (Hartford) Connecticut, Frankfort (Chicago) Illinois and (Garland) Dallas.Austin is still one of my favorite places, and I feel fortunate to get back here often since my daughter, her husband and our granddaughter live here.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Graduate of UT at Austin. Athletic Trainer for 1969 & 70 National Championship Football Team. After UT, enter the Air Force. Most of the career was in operational flying as an instructor and flight evaluator in two different aircraft. Lived at nine locations and had duty assignments at numerous overseas locations. Also, held Commander and Director of Operations positions. After 28 years in the AF, retired as a Lt Col. Started working as a consultant to a operational test unit, and current duty is to plan, execute, and evaluate military training exercises. Still call Austin as home.

Lost Earl to a heart attack October 2015 after 47 years of marriage. We lived in the Pan Handle for 7 years and returned to Austin in 1976. Retired to Buchanan Dam Texas in 2005

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Loved every minute of teaching kinder-same school (Govalle) 29 years. Retired '99-moved to Bastrop-volunteered in schools. Member BISD Hall of Fame. '04 Bastrop Citizen of the Year. Seriously disabled in 08 and wheelchair bound/ slowed me down somewhat but still very active and volunteering many hours per month. Lost everything in 2011 Wildfires, husband (Doug Dohmann) died of malignant brain tumor and I have had a three year battle with MRSA-many hospital stays-and scary diagnosis, BUT each day is better than the one before and I believe that the best's yet to come!

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Moved to Lockhart in the middle of my Senior Year where I graduated. Served in the US Army - Vietnam and Germany. Married in Indiana 1970, moved back to Texas worked at UPS in Austin, moved back to Indiana 1986 then worked at JOFCO in Indiana. Coached St Ignatius boys softball team in Austin, won State finals 2 years and runner-up 3rd year. Played softball in Austin for church teams, won state. Also played for a family softball team called Snoopy's in Austin. Coached softball in Indiana, and was Vice-President of Region 11 Indiana Amateur Softball Assoc.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: I entered the army in 1967. That same year I married a Hill Country girl which I'm proud to say is still my wife after 48 years. Our son was born in 1972 and now has his own family. After my army stint I worked in the "high tech" industry. We purchased our house in S.Austin where we still live. The next 34 years I worked in the high tech industry that included two companies before retiring from Motorola in '08. We purchased a place on Lake LBJ in '99 for a retirement home, but unfortunately we haven't been able move there yet.

This spring after 22 years, I closed my practice as a dyslexia therapist but still occasionally consult.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Went back to school to learn IT in 1974 . Retired in 2007, lasted until 2009, got bored of being retired went back to work as a contract Sr. Programmer. Worked in Memphis, TN for a year, and we were able to visit Graceland while there, then with Wal-Mart in Bentonville, AR for 3 years and during that time we visited Branson, MO then retired again in 2014. I am still lucky enough to have my mother Ginny (98) & brother Steve & his wife Jane & their children still live in the Oak Hill area. Have taken several cruises to the Western Caribbean and have also visited Disneyland, Disneyworld & Epcot.

Worked at Farmers Ins. for 7 years then joined the US Army to travel with my husband for 5 years. Had a daughter and son. Traveled to Germany, Italy, Paris while in the service. Met my second husband in 1992 and moved to Corpus Christi, TX. Worked with the State Department of Transportation for 10 years before retiring to build a home with my husband. Have two children, 2 grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Lost my husband in 2006 and been traveling with my daughter and deer/dove hunt with my son.

Asked by a man to sale cars until I found a job. 34 yrs later still haven't found one.

Biography / Memorable Life Experiences: Was drafted & went straight from Basic Training to the Pentagon due to my UT academic record. After my military time was over, switched to a civilian and ended up at a nearby office building. On 9/11 I was to attend a meeting at the Pentagon, but as I was about to leave, 9/11 started. It turns out there was a different meeting in the room I was to be at, which started 1 hour before our scheduled time. All those in the earlier meeting perished.
