CONDITIONS OF HIRE Payment and Cancellation

1. Upon receiving a completed booking form, a trailer/stand alone machine will be allocated to your event andan invoice will be issued.

2. Payment is required in full on invoice.3. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been made.4. In the event that you need to cancel our services we require notice of cancellation in writing. Cancellation

fees apply.

Cancellation Fees • 21+ days notice of cancellation you will receive your deposit back in full.• 8-21 days notice of cancellation you will receive 50% of hire fee back.• 7 days or less notice of cancellation no refund given.• In the event of extreme weather and the event is cancelled we will refund your deposit in full.

Delivery and Setup Event organiser agrees to provide a level suitable space for the ATM standalone or ATM trailer. ATM2GO staff have allotted time to setup your event on the day. Please ensure that you have the correct set-up location allocated before ATM2GO staff arrive as we are unable to move the ATM/ ATM trailer once setup has commenced due to change of mind. We guarantee the machines will only be stocked with $20 notes for school fetes.

Important Information About ATM2GO Power Requirements As the authorised event co-ordinator, I understand that I need to supply ATM2GO with access to power – 1 x 10 amp power point per trailer/single ATM within 10 metres. I understand that once ATM2GO staff have turned on the power and programmed the machine/s that the power plug must not be turned off/ moved/ unplugged under any circumstances including at the end of the event, as this may result in damage to the machines that may result in additional charges to your school. Please ensure that all stall conveners/volunteers/event workers are made aware of this. ATM2GO reserves the right to pass on damage costs to the machines software as a result of power being cut to the machines.

Promotion Period The Promotion starts at 9:00am AEDT on 4 February 2019.

The Promotion closes at 5:00pm AEDT on 5 July 2019. No entries will be accepted after this time.

Entry Restrictions Entry is open to all fundraising events held by a school, kindergarten or educational facility being held within ATM2GO’s franchised territories.

All entrants must complete a $5,000 School Giveaway Booking Form and have submitted the form to ATM2GO by 5:00pm 5 July 2019. The event must be held prior to December 31, 2019.

Entry Procedure To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period complete and return to ATM2GO a $5,000 School Giveaway Booking Form.

Event bookings will be taken on a first come first served basis – if your booking is received after all equipment in ATM2GO’s designated territory has been exhausted we will be unable to accept your booking, and therefore entry into this promotion.

Previous clients, booking again for 2019, are eligible to enter into the giveaway. Previous clients will have to complete the $5,000 School Giveaway Booking Form, which will replace any booking forms they may have already completed.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including entries not received by the Promoter due to technical disruptions or any other reason.

The winner will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, drawn by ATM2GO by random computer selection at 12pm on Wednesday 17 July at ATM2GO Head Office.

Second and third place winners will also be drawn by random computer selection at 12pm on Wednesday 17 July at ATM2GO Head Office.

The Promoter’s decision is final, and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the competition result or any decisions the Promoter makes in connection with the promotion.

Notification and Publication of Winners

Winners will be notified via email and/or contacted via telephone within two business days of being selected. Prize winners’ names will be published on the Promoter’s website at www.atm2go.com.au on Thursday 18 July 2019

Prize Claim Date If proposed prize money is greater than $2,000, the prize winner must be paid the amount exceeding $2,000 by a crossed cheque made out to the winner (or by EFT if the winner so requests). The full prize amount can be paid in this manner, if desired.

The cash prizes can be transferred to the winning schools’ bank accounts. The school must provide, in writing, the bank account details of the school or the P&C bank account details where the money is to be deposited. The prize will not be transferred into an account of any person/persons.

For events that have already concluded by the draw date (17 July 2019) the cash prize will be transferred by 31 July 2019.

For events being held after the draw date, the cash prize will be transferred within seven business days after the event has concluded.

Terms and Conditions of Entry for the $5,000 School Giveaway

1. These terms and the Schedule form the Conditions of Entry for this Promotion and set out all of theinformation you need to know regarding this Promotion. Capitalised terms have the meaning given inthe Schedule, unless otherwise stated. If there’s any inconsistency between these terms and theSchedule, then what’s in the Schedule is correct. By submitting your entry, you agree that theseConditions of Entry apply to your entry.

2. The Promoter is ATM2GO Franchising Pty Ltd, ABN 47 151 464 738, of PO Box 332 North LakesQueensland (‘Promoter’, ‘we’, ‘us’).

3. Any updates to these Conditions of Entry will be published on our website www.atm2go.com.au, soit’s important to check these Conditions of Entry regularly.

4. The eligibility requirements for this Promotion are set out in the Entry Restrictions. Directors,managers, employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families (i.e.spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adoptedby a parent)) are ineligible to enter.

How to enter

5. To enter, you must follow the Entry Procedure.

6. We will not accept entries which are incomplete, or illegible.

7. We reserve the right to disqualify your entry in the event of non-compliance with these Conditions ofEntry, failure to meet any content guidelines set out in the Entry Procedure, or if (in our reasonableopinion), you tamper or interfere with an entry mechanism in any way.

8. If the Promotion cannot run for reasons beyond our control (for example, infection by computer virus,mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or technical failures), we reserve the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion. If that happens, we’ll select awinner from eligible entries received at the time.

9. All decisions made by us regarding any aspect of the Promotion are final, and no correspondence willbe entered into.

10. By submitting an entry to the Promotion, you agree to assign all rights in your entry to us and consent tous using your entry in any manner we wish (including modifying, adapting or publishing the entry,whether in original or modified form, in whole or in part or not at all), by way of all media, withoutcompensation. By submitting an entry, you consent to any dealings with the entry that may otherwiseinfringe your moral rights in the entry. Prizes

11. The prize(s) are set out in the Prize Details and are subject to any restrictions specified in the PrizeRestrictions/Exclusions. Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date of the Promotion. Anyvariation after that date is beyond our control. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with theprize(s), which are not specified in the Schedule, are the responsibility of the winner(s).

How winners are chosen and notified

12. The winner will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions,drawn by ATM2GO by random computer selection at 12pm on Wednesday 17 July at ATM2GO HeadOffice.

5. Rescheduled events will only be eligible for this promotion if they are rescheduled and conclude by 31 December 2019 and is subject to ATM2GO’s availability on the rescheduled date.

6. If a winning event is cancelled and is not rescheduled to take place before 31 December 2019, a redraw will required. The prize will then be reallocated to the new winner.

Copyright, waiver and liability

7. On submission, entries become the property of the Promoter. We may, in our absolute discretion,edit, modify, delete, remove or take-down any part of your entry. By submitting an entry to thePromotion, you agree to assign all rights in the entry to us and consent to us using the entry in anymanner we wish (including modifying, adapting or publishing the entry, whether in original or modifiedform, in whole or in part or not at all), by way of all media, without compensation. By submitting yourentry, you consent to any dealings with the entry that may otherwise infringe your moral rights in theentry. We may copy any content submitted as part of an entry, cause the content to be seen and/orheard in public, and communicate the content to the public.

8. If requested by us, each winner must participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity andphotography) surrounding the winning of the prize. If you are a winner, a representative of the eventwill consent to us using your name and image (including photograph) in any media for an unlimitedperiod without compensation for the purpose of promoting this Promotion (including any outcome),and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by us. Details of the prize mustbe included in promotional items including school newsletters and also included in all social mediaplatforms used to promote the event.

9. If requested by us, each winner must provide a testimonial to be included in promotional material atthe discretion of ATM2GO.

10. If the event has been held prior to the prize draw date, a representative of the event agrees to participatein all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize

11. You will be responsible for any tax liability associated with a prize.

12. To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (includingdirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prizes orthis Promotion. We accept no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize.
