How are Pilot Participant chosen?

Identified the first 300 potential pilot participants. We will target:
• 150 known Smart Meter Texas users. •1 50 General Consumers.
Both groups have been filtered to only include:
• Must have Smart Meter •Single Family Homes• HW 2.0 SP5.0 Meters
These filters will give the pilot the best odds for success.
