1. System Introduction
1.1.FeatureThis product is designed for car video monitoring and remote controlling, it has a highcost-performance and good function expansibility. Adopting high-speed processor andembedded OS, connecting the advanced H.264 video compressing & un-compressing tech, 3gnetwork tech, GPS positioning tech get the car-driving information and video data store in theSD card with CIF or HD1, D1 form. It can also achieve the alarm center monitoring, remotecontrolling and replay analyzing when match with the center software. The product featureswith a brief appearance, super shock-proof, flexible installation, powerful function, highreliability, etc. Details as following

4.4.6. Configuration managementImport the pre-existing system configuration parameter or renew the original state

Note: when the devices have the same configuration, you can use the export-import setup, ie.Setup one devices then import to others.

NoteThe recorder is DC battery; please attention the positive and negative polar.
1. The voltage is 7V~48V.Do not insert voltage that beyond this range. Under lowvoltage the recorder doesnt work, under high voltage will be harm to the recorder.
2. Please make sure the recorder is connect with the car powder directly. Do notconnect with the generator, the instantaneous voltage will harm to the recorder.
3. The battery powder must beyond 60W.4. The ware must can stand battery powder that beyond 60W.(For example, when
the output voltage is 12V,the ware must can bear 5A or more current.5. Please put cover into the ware, the cover must wear-resistant, heat-resistant,
water-proof, grease-proof, in case of short circuit and open circuit.6. Please install a fuse holder near the battery output positive polar for fear of the
short circuit will damage the battery.

3G Statues check out
Press F2 key on remote control under preview interface to check out current statues. It will show the
information about 3G modules. Such as: whether 3G or SIM card exists or not; Signal and dial-up statues
(Please make a reference in picture (300 series please press F1 )

7. FAQ
7.1. 3G relative questions1) Q: 3G cant transmit data
A: 3G cant transmit data. Possible reason is as follows
a) Has no connect 3G antenna
b) Has not inserted SIM card
c) Some wireless settings in Setup menu are not correct. Such as: have not open wirelessdial-up, 3G protocol setting is not correct, APN setting is not correct etc.
d) Center server setting is not fully correct. Such as: center IP position is not correct
e) PC configuration is not correct. Such as gateway router in PC has not port mapping
2) Q: Can 3G remote preview and local record proceed synchronously
A: can realize real-time preview and local video record storage in the control center.
3) Q: How is the 3G transmission rate?
A: As per the 3G band width in different country, For now EVDO used in China can realize
4CH synchronized transmission, 15 frame/CH
4) Q: whats the delay time of 3G remote preview?
A: transmission delay within 2s-10s, depends on the bandwidth
5) Q: How can download video files through 3G?
A: can realize download files by manual way
7.2. Wireless module relative questions1) Q: If adopt wireless module to dial-up, what settings should be attended?
A: At fist, select built-in wireless module, and then select corresponding type: WCDMA, EVDO,
TD-SCDMA. Please fill in APN if connect public network, please fill in APN which your
operator use. If set VPN, it is relative with the center setting, so please set according to the APN
information.
2) Q: When the wireless module issues occur, what things should we do?

A: please enter into display page or system information page to check the dial-up state to see
whether sim card and wireless module exist or not and to see whether the antenna contact well or
not
7.3. Record Relative Issues1) Q: Device cannot make a record successfully
A: he following reasons might cause this problem:
a) Recode mode setup in a wrong way. There are 3 kinds of record mode: Auto, Timedand Alarm. Before recording, user must to setup record mode in system. If it was set in
Alarm mode but has no alarm right now, device will not make a record. If it was set
in Timed mode but the current time not within timed period, same as above, device
will not make a record as well.
b) Overwritten function was OFF and the capacity of SD card less than 500M, in thissituation device will stop recording.
c) The ERR light of front panel shine. Can pass to look into a system information, If SDcard space shows in 0please check whether SD card has been formatted before use
and inserts or not.
d) Record mode be set to OFF in each channel. Please press Enter button on remotecontrol to switch OFF to ON mode before record, otherwise device will not make
any record.
2) Q: Record files have no audio?
A: Probably of the reason is as follows
a) Audio function setup in OFF mode in system
b) Use wrong input cables
7.4. Alarm Relative Issues1) Q: Alarm input invalid
A: May be the following reason to cause this problem:
a) Alarm setup in a wrong way in syste
b) Alarm input cable did not connect to the device or cable not works
c) Alarm trigger signal to get an electric shock failure

A: Possible reason is as follows
a) Cable connection in a wrong way
b) System setting in a wrong way, such as do not open alarm output, or level outputsetting is not correct

A: Possible reasons are as follows
a) Voltage range is not within 7V-42V
b) Fuse in the power line has burning out
c) Ignition signal has not connected
2) Q: ERR indicator keep on light
A: The following errors will cause the ERR indicator keep on light
a) 1) SD card and HDD didn't be inserted. Or SD card and HDD have inserted withoutunusual system partition, So device cant be identified.2Disc has wrong reading and

b) Singlechip works unusually3) Q:Why REC indicator is off or flicker?
A: There are three states on the SD card indicator: OFF, ON and Flicker:
OFFcant find the disk or its not recording
ON SD card exists, SD card is working.
FlickerHDD exists, HDD is working
4) Q: SD card indicator not works or keep flicker
A: The SD card indicator has 3 medium statuses: OFF, ON and Flicker; respectively meaning as
follows:
OFF: This SD card didn't be inserted or can not be identified by the equipments;
ON: This SD card existence, but it isn't the one that is recording image at present;
Flicker: This SD card exists and it is the one that is recording image at present;
5) Q: HDD and SD card indicator not works or keep flicker
A: Possible reasons are as follows

a) No record task according to system set-up
b) SD card and HDD both record full and overwrite function be set in OFF statues

A: Possible reasons are as follows
a) This channel has no video input
b) The camera of this channel breaks down or work abnormality
c) If the camera takes an electricity power from the equipments directly, may be theequipments electric voltage isn't enough to make camera work as usual;
d) The cable that links this channel has problem2) Q: GPS signal lost
A: GPS has no signal, probably of the reason is as follows:
a) Didnt connect GPS antennab) The GPS antenna put indoors
c) The GPS module damages;3) Q: G-Sensor data abnormal
A: G-Sensor The reason as below:
a) G-Sensor has not calibrated. Need to calibrate the G-Sensor in the setting interface
b) The G-Sensor damage4) Q: Cant playback files on PC successfully?
A: Possible reason is as follows:
a) Have never chosen a record file or document path; please choose the path that recordsfile first before playback.
b) Local record files was damaged
5) Q: Remote control not works?
A: Probably of the reasons are as follows
a) The remote control didn't pack battery
b) The remote control damages
c) Device damages
6) Q: During playback, the map doesn't show

b) Net works, but the computer can not get to the Internet;7) Q: When SD card and HDD records, How is the record coverage?
A: SD card and HDD will record circularly for each other. When they are full, they will delete
the original video records respectively.
