• Pedestrian safety at the intersection and adjacent blocks
• Lack of observance of posted STOP signs in all directions – particularly, eastbound left and southbound right
• Travel speeds on both Kirkham Street and 5th Avenue
• Increased cut-through traffic due to the reconfiguration of 7th Avenue and implementation of traffic calming along nearby streets.
