a Clean the window winder handle shaft.

a Remove the cup (3) and extract the clip (4) .
a Remove the front window winder handle.

a Refit the front side door trim (see Front side doortrim: Removal - Refitting) (72A, Side opening ele-ments trim).
a Apply a bead of preformed sealing mastic (see Vehi-cle: Parts and ingredients for the repairwork)(04B, Consumables and products) to the windowwinder handle shaft and press the new handle byhand until the handle clips into place.
3 - Clipped on window winder handle
a Refit:
- the cup to the window winder handle,
- the window winder handle.
a Pull out the cup and clip the clip onto the windowwinder handle shaft.

a Position the decorative strip to be bonded to thedoor pillar and centre it visually at the level of the up-per section of the pillar (4) .
a Hold the lower section of the decorative strip in placewith masking tape.
a Turn back the top of the decorative strip and pullaway the protective paper to mark (5) .
a Stick the decorative strip down taking care to keep itproperly aligned.
a Pull away the protective paper from the upper sec-tion of the decorative strip.
a Stick down the upper section smoothing it with aplastic spatula from bottom to top in a continuousmovement.
a Pull away the masking tape from the lower section ofthe decorative strip.
a Smooth from top to bottom with the plastic spatula ina continuous movement, gradually pulling away theprotective paper following the progression of thebonding taking care to ensure that it stays aligned.
a Stick down the decorative strip to the two edges (6)and (7) using the plastic spatula.
a Smooth edge (6) with a movement from the front tothe rear ensuring that the decorative strip is properlybonded on the run channel side.
a Fold back edge (7) gradually over its entire lengthwith the plastic spatula and finish the applicationwith your thumb along the interior of the upright.
III - FINAL OPERATION.

a Fit the channel on the door.

- the right-hand component of the partition.

REMOVAL
I - REMOVAL PREPARATION OPERATION
a Remove the front side door trim (see Front sidedoor trim: Removal - Refitting) (MR 389, 72A,Side opening elements trim).
a Half open the front side door window.
a Undo the nut (1) on the window winder mechanism.
a Remove the nuts (2) from the window winder me-chanism.
II - OPERATION FOR REMOVAL OF PART CONCERNED
a Remove the bolt (3) from the door impact padding.
a Take out the door impact padding (4) via the ope-ning in the box section by pushing gently on the win-dow winder mechanism (5) .
REFITTING
I - REFITTING OPERATION FOR PART CONCERNED
a Position the front side door impact padding.
a Torque tighten the door impact padding bolts (4Nm).
II - FINAL OPERATION.
a Torque tighten the window winder mechanismnuts (6.5 Nm).
a Refit the front side door trim (see Front side doortrim: Removal - Refitting) (MR 389, 72A, Side ope-ning elements trim).
