Crime rate. The crime rate of your neighborhood is a huge factor in where you will live; you don’t want your family exposed to danger. Don’t just consider violent crimes, but look at break-ins or drug busts in the area as well. 3. Proximity to lifestyle, shopping, & entertainment choices.
