• VP 1 Quiz Friday – be ready for a “ no notes” quiz on the meaning of the words OR a “with notes” quiz on the vocabulary group information.

• Vocabulary Power chapter 2 (complete and check) = Tuesday

• Vocabulary Power Chapter 2 Group Work tasks (academic usage, etc.) = Tuesday

• Be prepared for your practice newspaper presentation (either Tuesday or Thursday)

• Buy your assigned novel at the HUB bookstore soon. Your first reading assignment will not be due until 9/22, but the bookstore may send extra books back before then.
