What is the best way to learn a foreign language in your opinion?

Learning a foreign language is an specific topic in personal education. As Itinvolves many skills (as reading, speaking, writing, and listening) and a great

amount of information (as vocabulary, and grammar rules); the best way to

learn a new language is practicing it on a regular basis, the same way

everyone does with its own natural language.

First of all, it is necessary to state that learning a language differs from

learning other kinds subjects. The main reason for that a language is

supposed to be a knowledge that you will apply in your every day activities,

while other topics have their specific moment, when they will be used. For

example, all those people who work with computers use their specific

knowledge in information systems during duty time. After that, it is mostly

probable that this knowledge will not be applied in the rest of the day.

Nevertheless, if a person who works with computers, also works for a

foreign company, in a foreing country, he or she will also use their specific

knowledge in information systems during duty time, but their knowledge in

the foreign language will be used during the whole day.

Another reason for learning a language in a regular basis is due to the fact

that every language involves a huge amount of information, as new words,

and specific grammar rules that may seem impossible to be completely

absorved at once. However, as the majority of these rules are simple,

constantly repetition are probably the best way to assess if all these rules

are being applied correctly in every possible moment.

In conclusion, the best way to learn a foreign language is through

constantly repetition, in order to allow the constant assessment of the

rules that it involves in the most different situations that the foreign

language.
