Word of the Week reluctant (adj-‐unwilling)
Just a reminder in observance of Memorial Day, EDUPRIZE will be closed on Monday, May 25th.
Enjoy your three-day weekend!
FOX NEWS
Our Spring Spectacular was a huge hit! Thank you for your support in creating extraordinary baskets,
volunteering and participating in the event at Schnepf Farms. Students have been talking all week about the
wonderful time they had.
Our 5th graders are hosting their annual WAX MUSEUM on Thursday, May 14th at 5:30 p.m. Each
student selects an important person in history and researches their life and contributions. Students then
write a report, make a poster and design a costume. On the special night, students dress in character and become the expert on the life and
accomplishments of their special person. It is quite remarkable to walk through the “Wax
Museum.” Come and celebrate with the students!
The year is passing by quickly! It seems impossible that there are only 13 school days left. Please check
the school calendar to make sure you do not miss any important events. Coming up events are Water Days,
Concerts, Field Trips, Promotion Ceremonies, and more.
