The pinwheel is the national symbol for child abuse and neglect prevention, because it represents hope, health, and happiness. Previously,during the month of April, lawns at businesses, public offices, schools and homes across Adams County and beyond were planted with pinwheels to create awareness of child abuse and the organizations in our community that are working to prevent it. This year we hope you will join us in increasing awareness by displaying a 2019 Pinwheel garden flag.
