Dynamic storage heaters such as theOlsberg CARAT, emit their heat via thesurface of the appliance and also bymeans of the factory-fitted fan. Thefan is regulated by means of a roomthermostat, thus providing exactly thedesired room temperature.

The new integral thermostats withrecessable operating switches standout due to their ease of use and high-quality design.They can be supplied asaccessories in a thermo-mechanical,and in an electronic version, with infi-nitely variable fan speed control andwith an accuracy of ± 0,2 Kelvin.

The new super-slim storage heatersin the PROFIL range are Olsberg’smost compact heaters. They are idealfor use where space is the restrictingfactor, e.g. below windows, in nichesor hung on the wall. Olsberg also offers static storageheaters in seven different sizes inorder to complement their range ofdynamic storage heaters, so successful-ly marketed throughout the world.Static storage heaters emit their heatvia their outer surfaces and throughnatural convection. This means: theywork without the use of fans. Theheaters are thus ideal for use in bed-rooms, children’s rooms and othersubordinate rooms such as hallways,stairways or corridors. That is to say –those areas where an exact room tem-perature is not necessary.

The static storage heaters of theASTRAL range are available withmanual and automatic charge controls.Four ratings (0.85/1.7/2.55/3.4 kW) areavailable with the manual control,three ratings (1.7/2.55/3.4 kW) withthe automatic control (90% roomtemperature influence). The ASTRAL Combiheater gives youtwo heaters in one appliance. It is theideal combination of a static storageheater and an integral electric convec-tor heater and offers flexible heatingcomfort at any time of the year.

In winter the storage heater moduleprovides comfortable and economicheat. At all those times when the storage heater module does not suf-fice, or is switched off, the electricconvector can be switched in at anytime as required.

Thus, with ASTRAL Intelligent you canbenefit from all the advantages of astatic storage heater as well as theadvantages of a fully-automatic chargecontrol.

With 3 different ratings you willalways find the heater best suited toyour requirements.

In spring or autumn, or on cool summerdays, you can heat quickly and conve-niently with the factory-fitted integralelectric convector.

The desired room temperature can beset from 5 - 35°C using the integralroom thermostat. If the electric con-vector is left on, it continues to heatautomatically when the storage moduleis empty and the room temperature islower than required. The ASTRALCombiheater can thus be used as afrost protector.

ASTRAL Intelligent

Olsberg high-speed heaters are espe-cially suited for bathrooms and toilets.A thermostat and a fan for quick aircirculation are factory-fitted. Olsbergoffers the automatic high-speed heateradditionally equipped with a 60-minutetimer. The special advantage: duringthe set time the heater runs at fullrating, after that the temperature seton the thermostat is maintained at alower heat output.

Convector series CORONA

Olsberg electric direct heater are theideal heat donors for many applica-tions. Their advantages are shownespecially in the transition periodsspring and autumn and also as a sup-plement to any other heating system.Olsberg direct heaters are especiallybeneficial in places where continuousheating is not necessary, for instancein utility rooms, guest toilets, cellars,bathrooms and also in bedrooms.

The CORONA Series is suitable for bothliving rooms and bathrooms alike as

all the heaters are splash-water proofand safety insulated.

CORONA convectors provide a naturalconvection in the room. Cool room airis guided in to the heater from below,heated by special aluminium wingedheating elements and distributedevenly back to the room by the lami-nated air-outlet grille.

Direct warmth – you can take thatliterally: The heat output is totallynoiseless and, by means of the three-fold heat exchange area of the specialaluminium winged heating elements,

4 to 5 times quicker than using con-ventional heating elements. The newdigital thermostat guarantees that therequired temperature is held to exactly0.1 °C. A night-time set-back switchallows the temperature to be automa-tically reduced by 4 °C at night. Thewall-mounting brackets provide a sim-ple fixing of the ready to use heaters.
