PLEASE NOTE THERE WILL BE A NEW ALL-AROUNDCOMPETITION ON SUNDAY, SERVINGAS PREPARATIONFOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS. IT WILL BE HELD ONSUNDAYAFTERNOON,THEREARESTILL SOMEPLACESAVAILABLE.IFYOUWISHTOENTERFILL-INAFORMATTHE INFO POINT NO LATER THAN SATURDAY BY 11.00HOURS.

2. GENERALINFORMATION

At the timeofarrival,everydelegationwill receiveawelcomepackwith all the information, starting numbers and accreditation passes,whichwillallowentryintothetraining/competitionhall.

Theaccreditationpassispersonalandnon-transferableandmustbeusedatalltimes.Incaseoflosingit,immediatelycontacttheINFOpointinthecompetitionhall.

Each participantmust hold a valid insurance policy. In case of anymedicalexpenses,everyfederationisresponsibleforallcosts.

All the necessary information – TRANSPORTATION, TRAININGTIMES,STARTLISTandLISTOFFINALISTSetc.willbeclearlydisplayedatthehotelsandwillalsobeavailableattheINFOpointinthecompetitionhall.

Prizemoneywill be awarded on Saturday and Sunday immediatelyafterthefinalsinoneofthemeetingroomsofthecompetitionhall.Itisnecessaryfortaxpurposestotakeacopyofpassportsofallthefinalists,sopleasebringthemtotheINFOpointduringtheSaturdayorSundaymorningtraining.

All the accommodation costs must be paid in full at the Technicalmeeting on Thursday evening. No gymnast from the country withoutstandingpaymentwillbeallowedtocompete.

3. ACCOMMODATIONANDMEALS

Alldelegationsarestayinginoneoftheofficialhotels-HotelOrel,HotelPiramidaandHotelHabakuk–wheretheyalsohavealltheirmeals.

Meals canbe taken according to the restaurant opening times in therespectivehotels.AnychangeswillbeclearlymarkedatthehotelsandattheINFOdesk.

OnSaturday evening therewill be nodinner in the hotels as all thestayingdelegationsareinvitedtothefarewelldinner,whichwillbeheldintheHotelHabakuk.

Therewillberefreshmentsavailableinthewarm-upandcompetitionhallsforgymnastsandcoaches.Judgeswillbeabletogetcoffeeandwarmrefreshmentsinthemeetingroomofthesportshall.

4. TRANSPORTATION

HotelOrelandHotelPiramidaarewithinawalkingdistancefromthetraininghall“BojanIlich”andthecompetitionhallLukna,sofeelfreetowalktothevenue.Transportation from all the hotelswill be provided according to theenclosedschedule.JourneyfromHotelHabakuklastsapproximately10minutesandfromHotelOrelandPiramida5minutes.

Thereislessthana3-minutewalkfromtraininghall“BojanIlich”tocompetitionhallLukna.At the timeofqualificationsandfinals therewillbeacontinuousshuttleservicebetweenthecompetitionhallbusstopandthetraininghall.Theshuttleservicelasts2minutes.

Judgeswillhaveorganisedseparate transportationfromthehotels tothecompetitionhall.

There will be organised transportation from Hotel Habakuk toHotel Piramida for the technical meeting. There will be organisedtransportationfromHotelOrelandHotelPiramidatoHotelHabakukforfarewelldinner.

Generaltrainingtimesarepublishedinprevioussection.PleaserespectthatonlythefinalistscanuseLuknacompetitionhallonSaturdayandSundaymorning.All theothergymnasts arewelcome touse“BojanIlich”traininghall.

Competition will be run according to the FIG World Cup seriesrulesandtheFIGtechnicalregulations.Allgymnastshavetostartinqualificationstoqualifyforthefinals.All thegymnastshavetowearstartingnumbers.Duringthequalifications,thegymnastswillhavea warm-up in groups of 4,MAG andWAG competitionwill berunindependentlyofeachother.Warm-upinthefinalswillberunduringtheapparatusfinalsforthefollowingapparatus.

Assistantsatthejudgingtableswilltimethewarmup.Eachgymnastisentitledto30secondsofwarmup,apartfromparallelbarsandunevenbars,wheretheavailabletimeis50seconds.

Therewillbeaseparatewarm-uphallavailableinthe“BOJANILICH”GYMNASTICS HALL, which is only 1-minute drive or 3-minutewalkfromthecompetitionhall.Allgymnastsandtheircoacheswillbetransferredbymini-bustothecompetitionhall,sopleasepayattentionto thehelpers in thewarmuphall inorder toavoidanyunnecessarywaiting.

There will be a separate waiting warm-up area in the competitionhallLukna,wherethegymnastswillbeabletostretchwhilsttheyarewaitingfortheirgrouprotation.

Inthefinals,severalmini-buseswilltakeall8finalistsandtheircoachesatthesametime.

Thebest8gymnastsfromqualificationscompeteinthefinals.Thehostesswilltakeeverygymnastindividuallytotheapparatusandaftertheexercisetothekissandcryarea.

The medal ceremony follows immediately after the last gymnastreceiveshis/herscore.Onlythetop3gymnastswillattendtheawardingceremony.Gymnastshavetoparticipateattheawardingceremonyintheircompetitionoutfit.
