Individual Presentations
• Tasks:• 1) Read the PPT slides• 2) Compare the slides to the
rubric – how do they match? Is anything missing?
• 3) Discuss what you noticed/learned with your group, as well as any questions you have.
• 4) Discuss what steps you need to take to prepare for your individual presentation.
Group Presentations Task
• Review the group presentation rubric
• Watch the video and take notes on areas of excellence and areas for improvement
• As a group, complete a rubric for the presenters

• Choose one group presentation that you are interested in watching. Answer the following question in a 1-2 minute audio or video comment via Voicethread:
• 1) What aspects of the presentation were excellent/well done/positive?
• 2) What aspects of the presentation could be improved upon?

• Example:

OR

• 1) I will display a picture.
• 2) You have 2 minutes to make a correct, past unreal conditional sentence AND write it on the board.
• 3) At the end of 2 minutes, I will judge each sentence. All verb tenses must be correct to receive a point for the game.

• (simple present to simple past)

• “Amy prepared a delicious meal,” Mark said.
• (simple past to past perfect)

Quote 5
• “Sam, have you ever eaten at that restaurant?” Jack asked.
• (present perfect to past perfect)
• Jack asked Sam if he had ever eaten at that restaurant.
Game
• 1) I will display a quote.
• 2) You have 2 minutes to change the quote to reported speech AND write it on the board.
• 3) At the end of 2 minutes, I will judge each sentence. All verb tenses must be correct to receive a point for the game.
