The program started with a Doxology. The42nd Skills Training Chorale led the

singing of the Philippine National Anthemand Capitol Medical Center Hymn. The group

The nonagenarian Chairman of the Capitol Medical Center,Dr. Thelma Navarrete-Clemente, delivered the

inspirational talk to the graduates of the 42nd Skills Training.The ageless Chairman told the graduates to be patient in

finding opportunities. She was also grateful of the graduatesfor choosing CMC to hone their knowledge and skills innursing. Indeed, Dra. Clemente personified a humble,

commited and selfless dedication that should be emulated.
