Castrol Chain Guide 150Mineral Oil Based Extreme Pressure Industrial Chain and Guide Oil

    Description

Castrol Chain Guide 150 is formulated from premium quality refined base oils and contains anti-wear andtackifier for application as a general lubricant in modern multi blade gang saws, edgers, chains, slides, sprockets, arbours and bearings as utilised in the saw mill industry.

Chain Guide 150 contains sulphur-phosphorus as the extreme pressure (EP) additive, oxidation, corrosioninhibitors, antifoam and possesses good demulsification making it an excellent all-round Lubricant for the Timberindustry.

    Application

Chain Guide 150 is an excellent general machine lubricant which has been designed to be utilised as a commonfluid in central lubrication systems as found in modern commercial Saw Mill operations.

Chain Guide 150 is formulated to give superior lubrication to modern multi blade gang saws and edgers for bothsaw guide, arbour and blade lubrication, thereby enabling higher accuracy cutting while maintaining sawcleanliness.

Chains, sprockets, slides, bearings and gearbox applications can also be lubricated allowing for a reduction oflubrication products on site.

Chain Guide 150 was developed in Australia to meet the unique needs of the Australasian Timber industry.

    Features & Benefits

Sulphur-phosphorus EP additives. Good load carrying ability - reduced wear under heavy loads.

Antioxidation additives. Withstands elevated temperatures extended service life.

Contains corrosion inhibitors. Resistance to chemical corrosion ongoing protections of lubricatedsurfaces
