Sensor tasting: This is a unique job that does require intensive training that exposes you to a wide range of foods, flavors, textures and aromas. On satisfactory completion you then become a member of the trained panel. Panelists taste products across a 2 hr session. The number of sessions attended depends upon the project length. There is a limit to how many sessions you can participate in because your palate becomes fatigued quite quickly.
