are secure within the alarm units reducing the possibility of tampering, providing improved protection for vacant properties.

• Keyless portable alarms: alarm can be remotely armed/disarmed by the ARC or can be activated/deactivated through an onsite keypad. Helps you avoid the hassle of managing keys and visiting sites.

• Independent wireless units: All units are wireless, installed separately and function independently meaning they are less prone to damage, and improving reliability.

• Long-lasting: up to 2 years battery life – improves reliability, and reduces maintenance cost.

• Sophisticated technology: state-of-the-art electronic control circuit with a wireless link to alarm.

• Resilient: robust design, a three-point locking system with unique rotary handle release mechanism, anti-force design and internal manual release. If the door is forced open it will trigger the alarm. If the door is left open accidentally it will send a message to the ARC, prompting further actions to ensure building security.

• Long-lasting: minimum of 2 years battery life improves reliability and reduces maintenance costs.

• Full audit trail of entry/exit history through our online customer portal Aura, web-based reporting system.

• Short/long term hire: can also be hired separately.

24/7 Monitoring by BS5979 Cat II Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Alarms are monitored by our wholly-owned 24/7 BS 5979 Cat II ARC, which means that all processes and procedures are accredited to comply with external auditing in line with stringent British Standards.

Our trained operators are able to communicate with the alarm in real time to remotely arm or disarm the system and grant authorised entry and exit via the .

Each individual system is protected by strict protocols, passwords and codes that have been pre-agreed and authorised by you. This provides an extra level of security to the property as there is no danger of keys being lost.

Online management A web-based customer portal providing real-time instruction, control and on-the-job reporting that enables leaner operations and hassle-free vacant property management.
