Andrew Wade from BrixhamYouth Enquiry Service, taking you on a journey of a small charity securing investment from Big Issue Invest and bringing empty properties back into use and providing homes for young people in Brixham.

At lunch the delegates were joined by the Unleashed performers.
Then two interactive seminars followed:
• Jaishree Mistry, Investment Manager from Homeless Link, on ‘Building resilience by diversifying income streams’
• Toyin Miller, Investment Manager from SASC, on their experiences/lessons learned of making investments from their Property Fund
