Speakers & mics as needed. If you need your officiant to have a microphone, or if you need a mic somewhere other than where the band is playing, for example if there are to be some speeches during cocktail hour elsewhere, or you need speakers for an ipod to play music elsewhere and so on, we can provide a secondary sound system to suit your needs. 

NOTE: You can use our main sound system at no charge to play music via your ipod during dinner, of course let us know in advance so we can ensure we leave it all set up and ready for you to plug and play. You should definitely assign someone to be in charge of the ipod/music in this case, which brings us to our first add on… see below!

Cocktailing hour – pricing is for 1.5 hours (including a break).

Vocals & Guitar. Our male lead singer will sing and play guitar, performing acoustic versions of music from all eras and genres, this is a great option for cocktail hour that is much more entertaining than an ipod.

See above, and add in a second musician on lead guitar and background vocals. Perfect for a bigger space, or if you want a little more presence. Why have one dashing, talented guitar playing singer when you can have two!

Add light percussion to the acoustic duo for a three piece with a lot of presence and range to really liven up your cocktailing hour.

Guitar OR piano with bass and drums. Jazz standards, in the style of Oscar Peterson and Wes Montgomery.

Add saxophone Standards in the style of Dave Brubeck, Miles Davis, and Stan Getz OR Add female vocalist Singing jazz favourites, such as Ella Fitzgerald, Etta James, Diana Krall and Michael Buble.

A wide range of material (jazz and beyond), such as Aretha, Billie Holiday, Feist, Norah Jones, & Patsy Cline.

This is a sound tech on site during your cocktail hour and dinner - if you want us to take care of cueing your music for your entrance, turning on dinner music, fading down for speeches, making sure the mic for speeches is loud enough etc, we can certainly have our sound tech arrive back (having set up earlier in the day) in time to take care of all of that for you. We would go over all cues etc in our consultation to be sure we know everything that is going on.

The add-on rates quoted above apply only if you booked the dance band as well. For wedding ceremony or cocktail reception options ONLY with no dance band booking, please contact us for a quote. 

We do charge some GST, however not on the entire amount of the booking as we only need to charge it on applicable musicians within the band, and on production. GST is usually under $200 on a booking. We can provide a specific quote with tax once we know what size band and potential add ons you are interested in! 

Includes your choice of songs for the processional, signing and recessional, processional, signing and recessional, which we will arrange for the instrument(s) you have booked. This also includes 20-30 mins of music during guest arrival, as well as 15 mins while guests depart. We can arrange any song at all for ceremony, whether it's Iron Maiden or ceremony, whether it's Iron Maiden or Pachelbel. It will sound beautiful when arranged for any of the instruments and combinations we offer.

Typically a traditional choice, however our strings can play anything from Pachabel to Hendrix and a whole lot in between.
