1) Packages & Ticket rates are subject to change without any prior Notice. 2) Room’s availability is subject to confirmation.3) Visa rejection or cancellation will be charged as per policy. 4) Any penalty charges will be charged as per Airlines Policy for Ticket refund, change of Airline, Change of dates, ticket v voidation and No-Show on confirm seats. 5) One child can be accommodated in parents room Ticket, Visa & Transport will be charged. 6) Payment mode will be 50% Advance and 50% at the time of delivery of the passport.7) Hejaz-e-Moqaddus Int will not be responsible for rejection or delay of umrah visa.8) Once the visa is issued, stamped passport will not be given back unless package booked or visa expires & after approval o of ticket refund obtained from concerned Airline.9) In case of change in airfare / taxes, pilgrim will pay the actual difference before departure. And further airfare of the trr Traveling date and available class will be applicable.10) In any circumstances our agency is not responsible for natural disaster, theft, riot strike civil commotion or terrorism of hhhdocuments required in Umrah traveling.
