Manufacturing Standards
• 4SProducts cables are manufactured and tested to meet or exceed applicableETL, Telcordia, ITU, ANSI, ICEA, EIA/TIA and CSA requirements. In addition, we are able to tailor our manufacturing process to comply with other industry
standards not listed above.
Project Financing
• 4SProducts offers short, medium, and long term financing programs to satisfy your project requirements. In addition, and through our accredited distributors and re-sellers we are able to offer up to (1) Year Open Account Credit Terms to qualified end users on all 4SProducts Outside Plant Copper, Energy and Optical Fiber Cables. These extended Credit terms are designed to facilitate growth, whilst reducing initial costs of new network deployment and/or expansion.
Warranty
• 4SProducts warrants for thirty six (36) months from invoice date (“Warranty Period”), that all cables (“Product”) manufactured by 4SProducts;
– will be free from defects in material and workmanship,
– will conform to 4SProducts specifications for such product at date of delivery and,
– will support all applications, to which the product has been engineered for as specified by product specifications and as defined in telecommunications standards.
• Remedies
– Replace/repair defective cables/parts during warranty period.
Logistics
• On-time delivery is at the heart of our service. We understand how important it is to you that products arrive on schedule.
• Our distribution network is run by state-of-the-art computerized system that facilitates order entry, tracking and shipping. When you work with 4SProducts, you make one call and place one order regardless of the number of products ordered.
• If your requirements however are such that you need several orders to arrive at the same time, we will stage your order and hold all the various products until all is gathered in one place. We then send it in one shipment with one invoice. At 4SProducts, we are dedicated to “just-in-time” inventory and delivery.

• Manufactured using latest technologies and best available raw materials in accordance with international standards or per customer requirements.
• Up to 288 fibers in Loose Tube, Tight or Semi Tight configurations,
• Designed for Duct, Direct Buried and Aerial applications,
• Optical fibers are colored using UV technology,
• Up to 12 fibers per tube, filled with thixotropic jelly or completely dry.

• Buffer tubes are stranded around a FRP or steel central strength member to form cable core.
• Interstices between the tubes and central strength member can be filled with petroleum jelly (GelKore) or dry water blocking yarns and tapes (DriKore) or can be completely dry using water swellable tape (ezKore)to prevent water penetration .
• Cable cores are covered with aramid (or glass) yarn, steel wires or aluminum tape to form a moisture barrier prior to sheathing with MDPE or HDPE outer jacket to provide both radial strength and rodent protection.
• All raw materials, finished and semi finished products are tested at every stage of production in compliance with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Finished cables are packed in standard or customer specified lengths and shipped following approval of final inspection tests.
