THE LOCATION Roskrow is a lovely, little known hamlet, tucked away in a rural position yet remarkably convenient for

access to nearby towns Penryn (1.5 miles), Falmouth (4 miles), Redruth (7 miles), Truro (7.5 miles) and Helston (9.5
