What is the Rapid Trim HCG Program? The program may help boost a natural hormone that in turn causes the hypothalamus area of the brain to trigger a release of abnormal fat stores. In addition to weight loss, many people who have completed this program also experienced many other health benefits, including a drop in cholesterol, blood pres-sure and blood sugar.

Meal Plan

Our Meal Plan is quite easy to follow. The crucial thing - is to be prepared in advance. Your normal day would consist of lean protein and one vegetable. You must alternate your proteins and vegetables in a day. You are allowed 2 pieces of fruit and 2 grizzini sticks in a day. Please always refer to the food list. If it’s not on the list, it shouldn’t be on your plate.

Recommended Exercises

During this program, it is not recommended that you engage in any vigorous exercises. It is however important to complete a regular gentle exercise routine with light exercises such as yoga, deep breath-ing or easy walking.

Day 1 & 2 - Phase 1: Fat Loading

Preparation for the Diet You are not on a diet yet. You will be loading up the body with Rapid Trim Hcg drops.

Drops: Three times a day, about 30 minutes before meals, drip 10 drops under your tongue and leave them there to be absorbed for about 20 seconds before swallowing them, or drip them onto a teaspoon if you can’t see what you are doing.

Patch: Place 2 x Rapid Trim HCG Body Patch on clean and dry skin (no oils or moisturiser on that ar-ea). Place on the belly away from hair or where it would be rubbed by clothing. Keep the patch on for 3-4 days. OK to wear in the shower or swimming, but firmly pat dry do not rub. If in chlorine or pools cover patch with waterproof band aide.

Store your spare patches in the envelopes supplied, away from direct sunlight, strong odours, microwaves and computers - so they keep their full potency and stay sticky. Don’t refrigerate.

Phase 1 Shopping List Purchase enough of any of the following for 2 days. Whether you choose the healthier items over the junk food items is up to you. Remember you are looking for “high fat”, not necessarily high sugar.

General healthy guide: avocados, walnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, cashews, fruit, Essene breads, olives, extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, butter nut butters, eggs, diverse meats, dried fruits, and cream, sesame, pumpkin and sunflower seeds. Not so healthy choices you can include pizza, bacon, ice-cream, cakes, cookies, custard, pas-tries, chocolate, take away foods.

NOTE: Everyone reacts differently to the patches potency, the same as the drops. Some need more than others - so you can wear two patches at a time every week not just for week one if required.

Day 3 –40 (43 Day program) Phase 2: Trim Phase Low Calories Now the Diet Starts, 500 Calories per Day Drops: Keep taking 10 drops x 3 times a day for the next 5 days, then reduce to 7 drops x 3 times a day. Your appetite will start to decrease, if it hasn’t already. Take extra drops if you are hungry on day 3. Patch: Keep your patches for another day or two, then replace with the 2 new patches. Place the new patches on the opposite site of the belly. Replace the patches in 3-4 days. On your second week - only place 1 patch and keep it for 3-4- days, then replace with 1 new patch. For Best Results: You will be having just two meals a day from now on. There is no breakfast, but you are allowed to move the two pieces of fruit around and eat them when you wish.

� Just one tablespoon of milk a day is allowed for tea and coffee. Avoid strong coffee as it wipes out homeopathic remedies.

� You will have to drink plenty of purified water, aim for 8-10 glasses a day or more if you can manage it. If you begin to get a headache this is a sign that toxins are being released from the fat cells, so just drink more water.

� Each meal consists of 100 grams of protein, do not cook with fat or oil, so grill or boil only. Try and have different meat for your next meal.

� Vegetables as stated, about a large cupful. No mayonnaise, butter or oil. Use lemon juice or raw/unpasteurised unfiltered apple cider vinegar on salads.

� A piece of fruit, if you haven’t already eaten it earlier. No bananas or tinned fruit. Extra support tip - an epsom salt bath or foot bath daily is recommended to assist with the detoxification pro-cess. No carbohydrates! No bread, no cereals, no rice, no pasta, no biscuits. You are on 500 calories a day only.

� Weigh yourself daily once you are on the diet properly. The best time is early in the morning af-ter urinating. By day 3 or 4 you should see the weight starting to drop, around 400-500 grams, or more if you do some exercise.

Phase 2: Shopping List Meats (100 grams per serve fat removed): Veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, crayfish, crab, prawns.

Vegetable: (about a cupful) spinach, baby spinach, silverbeet, endive, witlof, bok choy, aspara-gus, brussel sprouts, green salad, tomatoes, celery, cabbage, fennel, onions, leeks, red radish-es, cucumber, and watercress. Carbohydrates: Have your meagre carbs ready; grissini bread sticks, rice cakes or plain rice crackers. Fruit: apples, strawberries, blueberries, oranges and grapefruit.

Day 40–43 (43 Day program) – 500 Calorie Diet, no more drops

Drops: � Stop taking Rapid Trim hCG weight loss drops � Continue the 500 calorie diet for the net 3 days � After 3 days, the hCG drops will be out of your body

The Next 3 Weeks : Phase 3 Maintenance 21 Days After your 43 day Diet After you’ve completed the first stage of the hCG diet, you’ll need to complete the maintenance phase to gradually re-adjust your body to a regular diet. It’s essential you complete this phase as instructed in this e-Guide. Follow these instructions for the maintenance phase to keep off the weight you’ve lost. For Best Results: This process is essential to reset your metabolism at its new weight. Eat virtually anything except starches and sugars. Food consumption must increase to 1500 calories per day as you do not have stores of fat being released into the blood stream to give you the necessary energy you need each day. You must have good amounts of healthy fats, protein, and low sugar fruits in your diet. On completion of this phase carefully add selected starches and higher sugar fruits back into your diet.

Phase 3: Shopping List 1500 Calories a Day Select anything from the following in sufficient quantities. Remember to get enough protein. Check labels carefully for hidden carbohydrates and sugars.

Meats and fish include - beef, chicken, fresh fish, veal, lamb, tinned fish, shellfish.

Vegetables include - beans, pumpkin, lettuce, spinach, silver beet, okra, mustard greens, kale, bamboo shoots, radicchio, endive, witlof, leeks, bok choy, celery, radishes, green beans, toma-toes, eggplant, cucumber, broccoli, brussel sprouts, snow peas, cauliflower, onions, cabbage, mushrooms, avocado, asparagus, zucchini. Herbs - coriander, parsley, basil, rosemary, thyme. Dairy - eggs, butter, unsweetened yoghurt, raw milk, buttermilk, cream, cream cheese, soft cheese (not processed). Fruit - rhubarb, apricots, cranberries, blackberries, pears, plums, grapefruit, strawberries, apples, raspberries, blueberries, peaches. Nuts - consume in moderate quantities almonds, walnuts, macadamia, pumpkin, hazelnuts, bra-zil, pecans, tahini. Grains - these are the only grains allowed. Always check labels.
