* Taking a suitcase(luggage bag) inside is prohibited. If you bring your suitcase, you might not be able to get admittance tothe concert venue. In this case, SMTOWN TRAVEL TEAM does not take any responsibility regarding this issue.

* The return bus heads to the hotel will depart 40 minutes after the concert is finished. If you are late without letting yourtour guide know that you will be late, you will have to return to the hotel on your own.

* If you leave your personal belongings on the bus and do not return 40 minutes after the concert is finished, the bus willleave as it is explained above, and if the personal belongings are missing after bus leaves, SMTOWN TRAVEL TEAM doesnot take any responsibility regarding this issue as well. We kindly ask your cooperation and understanding.

* You are not allow to hand over your tickets to others after checkin on S.M.C&C tour desk. You will be punished by MinorOffence Law in Korea. Please be aware of that.

* We do not take any inquires about the detailed seating area.

2. Schedule

[ Notice ]

1. The basic schedule of global package is planned as 2 Nights and 3 days (A,B,C course), 3 Nights and 4 days (D,Ecourse), 4 Nights and 5 days (F course) . The time plan for each package will be announced later. If you can’t join tourschedule because of your own flight schedule such as date and time of arrival to Korea, SMTOWN TRAVEL TEAM(S.M.C&C) does not take any responsibility.

2. Schedule can be changed without any notice.

3. We don’t send any emails or notice about your reservation is made well. The confirmation voucher would beuploaded on [Personal Notice] 1~2 weeks before the concert day. 

4. About MD (Concert official merchandise) Preorder service

* MD preorder will be proceeded via online website not at the S.M.C&C tour desk. We will inform more details about it only forglobal package purchaser later through [Personal Notice]. 

 (If you haven't received any information at least 4 days before the package starts, please contact us.)

* When we start merchandise preorder service, we will announce its available period on our website as well, so please check it.If you haven't received any information from the mentioned period, please contact us. After merchandise order period ends, wedo not accept any order since then.

* Depending on the local situation, we can get MD order at S.M.C&C tour desk without using our online system. If we provide MDpreorder service at S.M.C&C tour desk, we will announce it in advance.

* We might not be able to provide each of the items picture depending on the situation.

* We do not accept any questions about official MD before we start to sell online.

* If there are too many people who want to purchase any certain item, you may be able to purchase through drawing system.

* When you purchase global package, please put your email address with gmail, yahoo, or hotmail account. When we sendinformation, our email system can't send email to you if you have account such as qq, docomo, or ne.jp etc.

  [About the Cancellation] 

  1. Once your reservation is confirmed, you cannot change your plan. The change can be made by cancelling theexisting reservation and repurchasing another package.The cancellation fee will be charged according to the policy. 

  2. You cannot cancel the reservation by yourself after completing the payment on PayPal. In case you want to cancel yourreservation, you can either write on the Q&A board or send us an email to travel@smtown.com.  When informing usregarding the cancellation, please add [Cancel Request] in front of the titles and write your reservation number that youwant to cancel.

  [Cancellation penalty]  

* Please check cancellation period and fee which apply to you.  

* The total price of the selected package determines the amount of the penalty. 

* The cancellation time when you send your request on the Q&A board or email is based on the Korea local time (GMT+9).  

 From October 20th to October 22nd  : 10% cancellation penalty      

 From October 23rd to October  28th : 20% cancellation penalty      

 From October 29th to November 3rd : 30% cancellation penalty       

 From November 4th  to November 9th   : 50% cancellation penalty       

 From November 10th  to November 14th  : 70% cancellation penalty       

 From November 15th  to November 19th  : 90% cancellation penalty       

 From November 20th  to the day of the concert : 100% cancellation penalty       

 

 

8. The Guidance from S.M.C&C

 

[About the Reservations]  

1. What is the maximum number of people that can be reserved at once? Reservations, including your own, can be madeup to the maximum of 2 people.

  2. Where can I edit my personal information? Your personal information excluding your name and email address can beedited on 'My Page'. To change your name or email address, please write on the Q&A board. (Your name must be thesame as the one on your passport.)

  3. Is it okay to arrive/depart on the different date from your schedule? You can choose the flight schedule which works foryou, as long as there is no problem joining our official schedule.

  4. How do I cancel my reservation? In case you want to cancel your reservation, you can either write on the Q&A board orsend us an email to (travel@smtown.com)  

[Reservation of Teenagers & Preschool Children]  

1. A teenager (under 18 years old) should submit the written consent of a guardian. Request form to Q&A board orSMTOWN TRAVEL TEAM email and please send document (PDF) back via email.

[About the Concert Tickets]  

1. Can I change package plan and concert ticket after booking is completed? 

Once your reservation confirmed, you cannot change your plan. The change can be made by cancelling the existingreservation and repurchasing another package. The cancellation fee will be charged according to the policy.

  2. Do you provide a special seat for disabled people?

Depending on the local or concert circumstance it can be unavailable to provide wheelchairs and special seating. If youhave a problem with mobility and need seats for disable, please contact us in advance.  

 

[The Concert Seats]  

• You will draw your concert seat at the hotel tour desk. (The tour desk operating hours: To be announced.) 

• The seats are drawn based on your reservation type SGL/TWIN. A representative of the reservation can ticket drawing atone time.

 • Please bring your official passport for the identification. (S.M. Passport is not acceptable)

 • You have only one chance to draw the ticket.

 • Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the ticket.

 • We are not responsible for your lost tickets.

 • Those who cannot attend the ticket draw on the first day can receive the ticket on the concert day.

 • You can find seat number and place when you are drawing the ticket at S.M. C&C tour desk.

 • If you want to seat together with your friend, please purchase twin package with your accompany. We do not acceptconsecutive seat request from two single package buyers.  

  

[About the Hotel]  

1. Can I stay at same hotel and watch the concert with friends who booked package separately? 

We cannot guarantee you and your friends can stay in same hotel, although we only provide consecutive seats for Twinpackage purchaser.

  2. How can I checkin and checkout the hotel?

 Please show your passport at the front desk of the hotel you booked when you arrive at / departure from the hotel dependson your flight schedule.

  3. I would like to extend my stay at the hotel.Please write your hotel extend request on Q&A board. Your request can beaccepted depending on the hotel availability. 

 [Prohibited Behavior]  

1. Any banner or a piece of picture that could disturb other audience is not allowed and venue securities will take it at theentrance according to the concert policy. 

  2. Any recording electronic devices such as digital camera, video camera, even a cell phone is not permitted during theperformance. If you get caught by recording or taking picture, venue securities will delete  all the data in your memory cardand immediately ask you to be out with no refund.  

  3. Carrying inflammable items or the fires is strictly prohibited. 

  4. No gift, wreath or fan letters to the members are accepted at this concert. 

  5. The concert can be cancelled due to the natural disaster. 

  6. The organizer does not take any responsibility for any accident caused by neglecting the staff's instructions.

 

 7. No food or beverages are permitted in the concert hall. 

The event can be successfully held only when there is full support and cooperation from all the participants. Thankyou.
