Do They Sleep At All?
• They only sleep for 3.8hrs/day• Sleep lightly and take short naps.• 2% of that time is REM sleep – REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement which is part
of the deepest cycle of sleep.

Do they Sleep Uphill?
• Bighorn sheep in the wild sleep with their heads uphill for better perspective for approaching predators around and below them, and falling rocks warn them from predators above.
• Predisposed to Vaginal prolapse due to increased strain from gravity when they sleep uphill.
