3rd COUNSELLING NOTICE

All Candidates in the Merit List are eligible to appear for the counselling. (There will be
no individual call letters for any candidates). Counselling will begin from Rank No.1 in
the concerned categories.
In the event the list of candidates in a particular category is exhausted and no eligible
candidates are available, filling of vacant seats will be as per ‘pattern of filling of vacantseats ’ on page 13, 14, 15 of the Prospectus for UG Admissions 2015.
Seats vacated in the course of counselling, due to shifting between courses, will be
put up immediately for counselling.
The list of vacant seats in the NRI Category for the BDS course is displayed in the ‘ 3rd
Counselling notice’ in the link for UG NRI Admissions 2015 on www.cmcludhiana.in. In
the event the list of candidates in the NRI category is exhausted and no eligible
candidates are available, filling of vacant seats will be as per ‘pattern of filling of vacantseats’ in the Prospectus for UG Admissions 2015.
All candidates are to report at the Christian Medical College Ludhiana on 29th
September 2015 * at 10:00am.
Candidates must be present in person and have all required documents (as given in the
prospectus) and total fee for the 2015-16 session as Demand Draft only, at the time of
counselling.
