General Information: Registration Fees:
Registration fee per performer in each team is RM120.00.
An official invoice will issue to participating organization/school upon registration received by
festival office.
Full payment must be made within 14 working days, bank details will be provided in the
invoice.
Registration closing date is 31st July 2016. Late entries may be accepted with an additional fee
of RM 300 per group, subject to organizer’s approval.

Hotel package:
Full package of RM 820.00 per participants includes:
1. Hotel accommodation at Genting First World Hotel (3 ⋆) win sharing, deluxe room
Check in: 28th November 2016 (Monday)
Check out: 2nd December 2016 (Friday)
2. Meals at Genting First World Café (4 Breakfast, 3 Lunch, 4 Dinner)

Payment Terms and Cancellation Charges
Full payment must be made to confirm participation in Festival.
1. Cancellation :
- 25% of total will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to the festival.
- 50% of total will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to the festival.
- 75% of total will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to the festival.
- If cancellation is made 7 days or less prior to festival, 100% of total cost will be forfeited.
Others:
1. All participating groups must comply with the “rules and regulations” of the festival.
2. All judge/assessor’s decisions will be final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
3. Organizer reserves the right to reject applicants who fail to make payment by due date.

must comprise of the minimum number of player request shown in the table below.
Each musician may perform with only one of the participating team, excluding conductor.

Rules and Regulation
Reporting Time:
All participating groups must report for competition 15 minutes prior to reporting time. Groups
failing to report after 15 minutes may be considered as walkover.
4 copies of the conductor score must be submitted 1st day of festival (28th Nov 2016) for judging
purposes. Groups are required to collect the music scores after competition.
Judging Criteria:
Adjudicators will judge the performance of groups according to the following categories.
o Sound (Intonation, Quality and Balance)
o Technique (Technique, Articulation, Ensemble, Rhythm)
o Musicality (Dynamics, Phrasing, Interpretation)
The average of total score given by adjudicators shall be the final score.
Awards:
There is no pre-determined number of Gold, Silver and Bronze awards.
Teams will awarded according to their performance scores.
90 and above Gold with Honour
80-89 - Gold
70-79 - Silver
60-69 - Bronze

The London College of Music (LCM) is one of the largest specialist Music and Performing Arts
institutes in the UK. It has a long history of music education dating back to 1887, when it was situated
in Great Marlborough Street, London, where the college began as an examination body. In 1991 LCM
became part of Thames Valley University, which was renamed the University of West London in
2011.
The London College of Music offers an impressive range of innovative courses, respected worldwide
and delivered with creativity and passion by practising industry experts. Courses include Performance
and Composition, Popular Music Performance and Recording, Performing Arts, Music Management,

London College of Music Examinations is an international examinations board offering graded and
diploma qualifications in music, drama and communication.
Examinations are held across a large network of exam centres worldwide, and are unique in the
graded examinations world in being awarded by a university.

For a group of level 3, with 30 members
Group fee = RM 290
Individual fee: RM 40 X 30 members = RM 1200
Total fee for the group = RM 290 + RM 1200 = RM 1490.00
A group certificate + 30 individual certificate will be award to each participating performer
