THINK• What would it look like if your
campus’ student success efforts were exemplary?
• What kind of professional learning and classroom learning would you expect to see?
• What piece of these efforts is closest to your heart?
California Community Colleges’ Success Network
Share• Share some highlights of your vision with a
partner.
• What are you really working towards? Why?
Mission Develop leaders in California community
colleges who have the capacity to facilitate networks of faculty, staff, and students for curricular and institutional redesigns in support of increased student access, success, equity, and completion.
Theory of Change--How• If we provide training on networking and
use action research methodologies, teachers will transform their environments and identity to create communities of practice that will lead to powerful classrooms and working across campuses. This in turn will produce greater student success.

“…now that I have actually seen these strategies, I have actually made connections and I have seen other students doing the same, I actually understand what reading is.
I just feel it is really important, and I want to take this to everyone else so they can also take advantage of this skill we all have.” Jorge Tafolla – RA Student, 2013
